Yep, a good machinest can lighten it locally. $50-$100 with your flywheel? Having the pressure plate attached and balanced is a good choice for not much $$$. Also having them press the throwout bearing onto the collar. I don't understand a 240mm clutch on a 225mm flywheel? I read a 610 or 910 maxima flywheel will work on our cars, 17lbs. if you can find one.

I think maybe that's the thrust plate that locks the cam down. Here's a better shot of the marks you should see.

It looks weird too. Your cam should be showing through that window on the sprocket and I can't figure out what you have with that slanted line?

You are off on the cam sprocket. There's line up marks I don't see in your photo.

I have a Tilton aluminum flywheel, it's 11 or 13 lbs can't really remember but I did have it resurfaced so maybe it's 11? Anyway I run the $100 Exedy clutch from amazon.com with great results. Stock motor with better exhaust and it it's a fun car to drive. Getting out of my driveway is the hardest part but once I'm out I am used to the difference so no stalling. If I remember right the high performance pressure plates are heavier, giving more clamping force, so that would negate the lighter flywheel in my head.

I remember her getting one off e-bay that I thought was a good work around? I see now that was in 2011 so if she got one from you 5 years ago apparently it didn't work as well as she hoped. Oh well...

I learned that the zx e12-80 distributor uses the 1.5 ohm coil when I installed one on my 240. I assume the electronic distributor use 1.5 coils. The early points one use 3.0. Brighter minds will tell us soon. It's Saturday.

Harmonic balancer, dampener, pulley??? Mine has some shallow holes drilled on the back side so I guess it's balanced but is it balanced to the motor or just the pulley?

I remembered something if the screw removal doesn't work on your seal. If you can get behind it, 2 allen wrenches with 2 vise grips as a puller will work. The short end behind the seal. Longest on the the vise grips. I've done that before, can't remember on what but it works. Try the screw first as Dave said. Much easier.

Forgot about another idle switch. The smaller black box below the afm, throttle position switch could be stuck on the idle side. Spiders cause some havoc when cars sit up. Good luck.

The sweeper vane on the afm behind that black square cover could be stuck. Try banging that a few times. You may have to pull the cover off to move it. Check the airbox too. Might have a nest obstruction in there. While it's idling squeeze the fuel line on top of the metal fuel filter behind the radiator. It should very hard to pinch together.

Some small needle nosed Vise grips would be good. I'd hate for the key to fall down into the cover.
