  1. You will be very glad you went.
  2. I have an outstanding arrest warrant in Branson so I'm not going to poke that bear. We have a very different opinion of the meaning of "inspiration". I went up their Inspiration Tower and took a whizz off the top. They didn't see it as an inspiration, it was indecent exposure and public intoxication to them. July Fool's Day. I'm zapped from this heat and humidity, most likely run off the road and crash if I tried to drive 600 miles. Nashville for me too @Captain Obvious
  3. I saw this Zed when I was figuring out if I had an A. (sorry but I don't) http://xenonzcar.com/s30/cams.html
  4. That looks just like my first Z! A '76 with Western aluminium wheels. That's the one with the stuck wiper vane in the AFM I got for $1,000 back in 1986. Cranked and idled fine but wouldn't take any more fuel. Took it to a mechanic and in 30 minutes he had it running like new. Charged me $20.
  5. I bought my N42 from a local machine shop that had it after the owner never came back to get it. They'd had it for 10 years inside a plastic bag with about an inch of styrofoam on the bottom protecting those 2 valves. I've got 3 or 4 heads stored on top of a piece of foil faced insulation with valve covers on each.
  6. We learn the hard way. Bet that won't need deduced again. Glad you fixed it. Cliff
  7. Drunk on a Sunday morning. USA women's big win and now IMSA's on.
  8. They're tough to get off the first time or two. I have to leave the wing nut bolts in and remove the cover with the filter still inside the cover. Have you ever had it off?
  9. Thanks for the shout out!
  10. This may help get an answer. @jhm
  11. Here's the write up I went by for my combo switch. Be careful bending those metal tabs, I broke one or two. http://www.kamikazeracing.org/dl/ZTech/Rebuild_240Z_combo_switch.pdf Some photos I took.
  12. Seems like I've read $300 for a nice one. The '75 and '76 efi tanks are much more scarce, more $$$.
  13. One of mine is silver, I guess the 240? It is the pcv hose right?
  14. I've not seen that yet! Good stuff that all sounds familiar. Can't wait to read more. Is he a member here?
  15. If you ever find yourself in North Alabama I'll buy you lunch.
  16. I bought all my evap hoses at O'Reilly auto parts. Low pressure fuel line. They keep 5/8" on hand. All the hoses and clamps were about $50 if I remember right. Have fun! Oh yeah, I have the the slip through grommets p/ns for those too in a file I can get for you if decide to do it. Nissan has them in stock, or they did in 2015.
  17. Two peas in Philly! Welcome to the forum. You have already found your #1 friend.
  18. Odd little fella but man was he talented.
  19. There's a reason the fuses blow and the wipers come on by themselves. I would try and figure that out. I fixed my combo switch by just flipping those 2 plates and some cleaning. I have that on my laptop. I will post it tomorrow. Cliff The bumpers! They get a bad rap.
  20. That's the EZ coil. From all I've read they work fantastic. I went the cheap and in my tool cabinet route with those pex fittings.
  21. 3/4" pex elbows make up a nice 180 degree bend and no one knows but you. Here's the best I could find quickly
  22. One day we'll meet! You're the best. Encourage, encourage! I love it.
