  1. My mistake. It's the brake light in the gauge that wire causes to come on. Sorry.
  2. I hung my masters in place from my garage ceiling with some nylon cord then removed/replaced the booster. Easy enough but the nuts above the brake pedal were a real pain to get back on. Took a couple of hours but saved some dough ray me. Got my rebuilt booster from amazon.com, painted it satin black and glued the Bendix red sticker onto the new one. Looks original too. Good luck!
  3. Yes! And just out curiosity, apologize if already answered, have you checked 12 volts at the brake sockets? I'm pretty sure there's a wire or something on the hydraulic distribution block under the masters that will keep the lights from power???
  4. Dont'cha hate "this mailbox is full" when you need them then honestly you wish your's was full.
  5. Totally agree with you! I know I missed out on a lot of happiness in my life but I'm glad I won't be worrying about my kid/kids having to live through the misery. It ends with me.
  6. I too suffer/benefit from deeper opinion. Graying and thinning hair, no benefits. Edit: shampoo savings=more money for my cars.
  7. Re tired! That's what you told me, time to get to work.
  8. I must agree Charles, they rarely get out of the gayrage.
  9. Are they aluminum or some type of steel? I ask because I had to grind my ceramic 6to1 where the 6 met into 1 and rubbed the bell housing. I've checked it many times usually when changing out the oil and there's still a nice clean cut. No rust after 6 or 7 years?
  10. I think it's the unrestricted exhaust, ie no catalytic converter. My souped up road race bike did it also. Straight exhaust with a small can on the rear.
  11. I have those same spatters on my garage doors and both my Zs have fresh motors. It's exhaust condensation I guess. It is normal for mine. Is this a new thing for your car? Edit... Edit#2 I have MSA 6to1 headers and their 2.5" exhaust on both cars. They push a lot of air, hence my spattering on the doors not the floor. https://www.google.com/search?client=ms-android-americamovil-us-revc&source=android-home&source=hp&ei=OA_PXKOBFMmEtQWb87e4CA&q=exhaust+condensation&oq=exhaust+condensation+&gs_l=mobile-gws-wiz-hp.1.1.0j0i22i30l3j0i22i10i30j0i22i30l3.2489.10845..13757...0.0..0.192.1925.1j14....2..0....1.......8..41j0i131j46i131j0i10.0uA6v8uPSdw
  12. A dip into some good urethane would really bring out the color I think. Looks good as is too.
  13. That's the current bid with no BUY IT NOW price, anxious to see what it goes for.
  14. Only thing I noticed was braided hoses in some pictures and slick rubber in some others. I guess some photos were from 12 years ago?
  15. Some great guitar work here. Stretched to the limit.
  16. Your right, the screwdriver poppers haven't found it. Glass looks good, that's an easy double your money buy. Get it Zed! Come over to the "tin can side". We're going to the moon wearing Reynolds aluminum foil wrap.
  17. @Lazeum I can't get to the members map from my phone? but see if you can and see the other French owners. They can tell you.
  18. I think you could claim it as the last $1,500 240Z and hang it from the ceiling like a pinata.
  19. Okay I'm sorry. We are talking about a specific air filter. Please don't change the original question. Thanks
  20. I don't know! I'm sorry for that too. What I'm remembering, at the moment, is @jalexquijano found that somewhere on the internet for the fuel rail. He has some hot restart issues. Could be an old Redline "Datsun" cover? Looks similar to the milling and filter material on some triple 40 webers I had. When I get back to my lap top I'll dig further. Does this look familiar @Zedyone_kenobi?
  21. That beautiful 240 will grow on you. I never drive my 280 anymore. Now I understand why Harley guys like the hardtail bikes so much.
  22. here's my attempt at helping/explaining with some measurements and the hardware I used from Lowes.
  23. Me too! Then I put one foot on the floor and it stops.
