Only history I know car was prepped for track duty, which I'm continuing to build (RB26DETT).

I would love to find the history of this car. I know Carfax may have it but I doubt it. Figured this would be the best place to try.

The 'Jan 2013 snapshot' is correct, at least for my 4 former 240Zs. The 'Defunct Z Car Registry on the Wayback Machine' reflects when the list was sabotaged a number of years ago where a lot of members, including my cars showing someone else's names.  I have 2 more '71 240Zs that I recently purchased:

HLS30-40970; Build Date 8/71; Original color 903 Blue; Black interior; currently has an L28 with 5-speed; from Tucson, AZ -Plan to refresh this car including bringing it back to its original 903 Blue paint.

HLS30-34495; Build Date 6/71; 918 Orange; Black interior; Original matching engine L24-043894 & original 4-speed; from Cheyenne, WY - Plan to refresh this car and keep it as original as possible, including new 918 Orange paint.

Unable to finish post on 2/27, as I had to leave for a hockey game.
