  1. Going with the turbo will probably result in getting most of your answers from Hybrid Z’s site. Not a lot of folks here have gone that route.
  2. IMO that needs to be machined and cleaned up. From what I can see you have hot spots.
  3. Is that your flywheel?
  4. I can’t imagine how it ever ran trying to pull fuel at that distance and, Maybe they removed the dampener?
  5. Agree to Disagree and move on. This is not what I personally need to see.

    Cody doesn’t look pleased Dad!!
  7. The seal needs to be flush with the back of the block. It will go deeper, ask me how I know. Had to order another one from nissan🤦‍♂️
  8. The Rear main seal is still available from Nissan the last time I checked. The rest looks good. Be carefull tapping in the new seal from Nissan. I don’t advise shortcuts from other vendors as far as the rear main.
  9. If you could even find an NOS switch it would be serious money.

Good deal! Keep that hammer handy!!
  11. That scissor jack is a life saver. Used mine over and over for many applications?
  12. That plug IMO doesn’t look like it’s firing.
  13. And if you can find an AFM that hasn’t been modified. The wiring harness itself could be the culprit. After replacing all of the connections on the EFI harness made a huge difference for me.
  14. @Mike Think we could fenagle a group buy? You are in charge of negotiations of course!!!

  16. Come on now!!!😂
  17. Dodged a major bullet my friend!
  18. SWEET!! I like the “517” series myself.
  19. I’ve seen those bolts with the one flat side that keeps it from spinning when you tighten the nut. I remember having to wedge a flat head screw driver underneath to keep it from spinning.
  20. S30.World.com, order one and consider it done.

I have to ask why not just keep a set of spares that are still functional and enjoy the car? I applaud you for trying to fix the ECU if that is the end result you are looking for.
  22. Go to the summit racing website and order a new champion replacement.

These units are primarily “pth” assembly. They have aged with time IMHO have passed there designed life span. There isn’t as far as my knowledge a test bench that will run it through post diagnostics. My suggestion would be to search this forum and find someone that doesn’t have any use for the spares they have accumulated over the years. Mine are gone to other folks in the same predicament.
  24. You just previously posted a pic of what you think is a valve guide.
  25. I’m not sure that’s a pic of a valve guide you posted.
