  1. I use my local Nissan dealer. Call the parts department and give them the most recent superseded Nissan p/n and they can search nationwide and I for one haven’t paid any shipping costs. Used them multiple times over 5 years.

  3. Come on now, I’m sure @mike can get that loaded on an enclosed transport for me!!
  4. Once you get the new lines, straighten them out and lay them side by side and take pics. You will be referring back to those pics a lot.
  5. I hope you have access to a lift, if not get the car as high as you can and from previous experience have someone to assist. I have the same set on my car. They are close but far from perfect. It’s tight underneath there. Biggest problem I ran into was getting them past the undercarriage near the rear passenger wheel where they shoot straight up and over. It can be done obviously. Wish I had done it on a lift it would have made it a lot easier. Also it’s going to arrive in a tall box where you have to use a tubing tool to straighten out the long straight lines. They will come marked at each point of the run. Purchased mine on Amazon.
  6. What would you say the success rate is. I’ve seen both results reported here. The overall condition of the tank is probably going to be the deciding factor. I had my tank redone at a shop, keep in mind you’re at their mercy as far as the job you get. At the end of the day my tank began to leak from minuscule rust pit holes. That’s when I decided to purchase a new tank. Again it’s all about what shape your tank is in and you really won’t know until you remove it.
  7. You can also bench test it before you reinstall it. Quite a few articles here on the site referencing that.
  8. @Mike That Land Cruiser is Sweet! I’ve been looking for that exact model in Pristine for a while. If you ever decide to get rid of her please let me know.
  9. S30.World I wouldn’t give it another thought. Many folks on this site have purchased tanks from them including myself and were very satisfied.
  10. @SteveJ Are you suggesting the sensor connections aren’t needed because abs etc is not a factor?
  11. Might have to consult @SteveJ . The sensors involved is what worries me a bit.

@siteunseen The infamous Librarian. Please do your due diligence and bail Charles out of the issue at hand. You Da Best!!
  13. You will be quite supposed on how easily the bspt plugs thread in. You will know right away.
  14. Sean will want to talk to you personally wanting to know what you are working with before he ships you one of his headers.
  15. A little doesn’t hurt to prevent rust in the tube.
  16. They have a 15mm square socket available on Amazon. Works like a champ with a 1/2” pull bar. I chose the Harfington model. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=15mm+socket
  17. Those axles are definitely different lengths.

Become a subscriber and the pop-ups will go away. The advertising is what keeps this site alive. By no means is the site making any money.
  19. Have you looked into “OER” carburetors from Japan. Eiji @Datsun Spirit uses them exclusively. I’m going to run a set on my engine he built. My understanding is there design is a mixed hybrid of Mikuni & Weber.
  20. @siteunseen Our “Forum Librarian Guru” Strikes again!!
  21. Glad to here that my suggestion hopefully was given some thought.
  22. What are they asking for it?

Hey, @Mike the car’s paid for and trying to build another today will definitely be difficult than the era you built that beauty. Just sayin!
