  1. I believe he mentioned 10 plus years.
  2. I’ve mentioned it some many times in the past about replacing each and every connector on the EFI harness and cleaning each connection in that arena. You will be amazed at the corrosion that you find on each connector and the wire itself. I had to shorten some wire by over an inch before I could find wiring that was suitable to crimp/solder.
  3. I understand that, AI is a smorgasbord of articles massaged into one. He mentioned he was searching AI. The reason why I asked the question.
  4. The most reliable source is the FSM that can be downloaded on this site
  5. @Toiletduck34 Where did you find this reference material?
  6. I do, I ordered another from Nissan to replace mine. When I get back in town from Boston, I’ll post the p/n. Can’t remember if it was superseded.
  7. That front bumper is going to take 1st place hands down!!! Great job Bruce on making the trip!
  8. Is this the same model you posted earlier?
  9. Tachs are available on EBay the last time I looked. Easy to change out as well.
  10. Could be the tach just said I’m done. These are 50 year old cars.
  11. Much much better!! I know that’s Great English!!😂
  12. While the Afm is out take a finger nail file and polish up the contacts on the wiring harness connection.
  13. That’s good to know but there are quite a few different components compared to a S30.
  14. Been There, Done That! Pouring rain. And Nothing like soaked pants on a bike!!
  15. @mayolives Curious why you are calling your car a 79 280Z? Unless you went with the 79 ZX larger booster.
  16. Myself and others here on the forum have had great success with Power Boosters Exchange. They are located in The North West. Rebuilt my original and they also can powder coat it for you.
  17. The saving grace for my 78 model that was running extremely rich was changing every connector on the EFI harness. Cleaned all of the male connections. Finger nail file works great and reinstalled the harness. This was after months of trouble shooting. Doesn’t mean you don’t have other issues but you have a good base line to start from.
  18. I’ve had amazing success with Amayama. Once you have found the correct/ superceded part number you basically type it in. If there is a chance they can find it they search first and then request payment. Shipping is amazingly fast.
  19. Those are extremely hard to get. You can sell them easily if someone is going for a high end build.
  20. From the pics that’s in really nice shape if the rest of the car looks like that.
