  2. Guy, I don't see a Post button.. Are you clicking on New Reply?
  3. I created a folder in the events area so we can keep all of these categorized. Cuong, I also added a link to your original message so people can find it. Thanks for the contribution, the picts are great. -- Mike
  4. I looked at their site... Pretty sweet module. But, it is limited. We should put together something like that for our site. Writing down yet another cool module that would be 'nice' to have in the club.
  5. Oil on the spark plugs is caused by oil getting into the cylinder. Simple.

BBALS, I can't let you post your stuff for sale unless you are a supporting vendor. Rules, if you are selling a product to make a profit, you are a vendor. If you are selling a product such as a used Z, parts, or otherwise not making profits on a regular basis... you can sell here as a regular member.

Or you could just go directly to the joke page: http://www.coxar.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

    Good poll, Steve!!
  9. It doesn't really work that way. Sort-of. If you had two small pipes vs one large pipe (without mufflers)... I don't know which configuration would be louder. But, most of your noise has to do with other factors on the system as well. The quality of muffler, the presence of headers, and if you have a mid-muffler all play important part in noise. On a system with 6-to-1 headers, a 2.5" diameter piping system, and a nice muffler.... I can tell you this is a little bit more "throaty" or louder than a 2.25" diameter system using the same components. Therefore, I think you could be louder OR quieter with a dual exhaust system depending on the headers, the diameter, and the type of muffler you use. You can make a 2.25" system plenty quiet and obtain the performance you want out of it.
  10. I purchased the CD from Courtesy. And, I'm not just saying this because I created our own CD... but, the Courtesy CD sucks arse. The graphical interface isn't as good and the images are of much worse quality. I'm also offering our CD for $20 if you mail me your Courtesy CD. :cheeky:

They like to go fast with a stable bike? Or, their large penis size requires room that's only available on a large bike?

I own a total monster (1300cc sportbike) and I'm a responsible rider. I'm not even that good. The key is fear. [m]
  13. Guys, I really hate watching threads like this. If you are going to insist on hurting your fellow members, please go do it somewhere else. I can handle a debate, but, please keep the fingers off the keyboard when you're angry. Caen Fred did the right thing. I've decided to close this thread to keep things calm.

  15. Nice!! I was wondering how you did that. What are you using to create it?
  16. Yea, I'd love to get a 3D wireframe of an early Z. About the email, the REMOVEME stuff works better than just a plain email. It also prevents stupid questions from the people who can't figure out how to use email. Did I just say that out loud?

  18. Word of advice, don't post your email in a public forum. Website scanners will pick it up and you'll get put on a spam list.

Not to mention that you're using our logo without permission. Selling on this site is prohibited because I've told the main supporters of this site (who pay our bills) they have first crack at it. If you wish to set up a fund-raising campaign for the club, I'm all for that. The sales must benefit the club, not just you. [m]
  20. This is hardly frontpage news. I'm moving it to the proper forum.
  21. The fact that the fuel made it up to the gaskets, and then started spitting out of them, leads me to believe that you have a clogged system. Take out that small hose on the bottom of the SU's and clean it out.
  22. You're using an old fuel pump? For the price, I'd use a new one... you can't go wrong there. You can try a few other things, but, if your float bowls are empty then it's not pumping fuel properly. Try to remove one of the hoses that go to the float bowl... crank it over and see if fuel squirts out. This will tell you if your pump is bad. As far as the battery... new engines will almost always kill a good battery. Go get yourself a 'starter' charger... It will pump enough amps into the system so you can start the car with a dead battery. It was the best investment I ever made.

  24. I've seen quite a few picts from the MSA show. Take a look in our gallery and you should find something. I seem to remember someone using the spare tire well and another person making a box that fit under his rear strut brace (between the struts). Amps were facing toward the rear and speakers were facing front toward the driver. [m]
