  1. I'm hoping to be Mr. Roomba. Just charge me up and let me go! Dennis
  2. View Advert 96321-E4100 Mirror (Same as provisioned on 432R) Very early mirror with no anti-reflection features. Thin, light-weight, with grey plastic. All 432R's and some 432's were fitted with this same part (96321-E4100). Note: The grey plastic seems to indicate an early production version (~1969) as later versions, sold through parts departments, seem to be constructed of a more traditional black plastic. Offers. 3. Agreed. I've never seen a blonde wheel. Might be that color shifting lacquer they used in 69/70-----
  4. Thanks G. Haha!! I started messing around with it last night. About a half hour into it. I'm not expecting perfection, but I should be able to come up with something that will be a million times better than the non-existent labels I have now. In fact, (since it's a divide by zero error) anything I come up with will be INFINATELY better than what I have now! :
  5. Spring in Alberta is the same. Cops can tell the drunk drivers because they’re the ones driving straight. Sober people weave through the potholes....
  6. This one will return to stock if I keep it for myself to restore. I have 3 grandsons under five with another due in June. I have 6 grand nephews under 7 with another due in June... sometimes it looks like a schoolyard around my house!
  7. You must have missed the NOS one that sold a couple of weeks ago. It makes the used ones look cheap in comparison. https://www.jauce.com/auction/u263803727?fbclid=IwAR34_rMwa5X0qeVfndjCY-AnvTsPEchPz7wvsTJXQr7ALvQAXCnp6-EXRys It sold for 380,000 yen. For one, not a set of two. I'm really glad the ones that came on my 70 Fairlady Z-L are in great shape.
  8. Should be primed this week.
  9. More great images from Mr Hoover. One day I hope to be mr Kirby.
  10. The drapes don't match the carpet that's for sure on mine. Knob and wheel are completely different.
  11. The house was part of the deal in restoring the 280. The wife said I needed a shop on the property if I wanted a hobby that was going to take all my time. So we sold the old house and bought this one. I think we both got what we wanted out of the deal. I was sold when I saw the garages and she was sold on the house and property. Now she tells me I have to include the cost of the house in the restoration expenses... anyone interested in a million dollar Z?
  12. It's not. Pretty sure they use the same mirror as the Z cars. Glad you have that home and best of luck with the restoration. Those are such great looking cars.
  13. Jeff, you can get fabric dye pens from hobby stores that will allow you to dye your seat stitches blue to match. I did that on my 370Z and it worked fabulous almost 10 years ago. Still looks great today.
  14. Painting starting to go down. Should be painting the body Friday or Saturday. Hopefully weather permitting start the reassembly process next week.
  15. There’s a lot that’s not right...
  16. From the vault this time
  17. Meh. I'm just too tired to dig through the FSM tonight.
  18. And there you have the difference between the man of few words... And me.
  19. There are some close up pictures here, page 4
  20. I would never delete all of the vents. I will leave the big one that is connected to the filler neck. But the two small ones go nowhere with the elimination of the evap tank...which is EPA nonsense. If anyone ever wanted to put it all back, they will have the parts to do so...along with the flat top carbs.
  21. @JLPurcell I did a little looking but can't lay my hands on one currently
