  1. Which wire set is that? or did you make them too? either way, shipping to T8L 4P9 please...
  2. I just found this one on the Zstore page! Very nice and I will be ordering one eventually. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic02a01g/50-1569
  3. Light, maneuverable, and built for speed.... which one am I describing...?!
  4. I won it on an auction off eBay, slight bend on a mounting tab and one bent fin... $90! 3 row champion! It is for a 280ZX but the sizes are similar. It will fit fine. I tested it tonight. I will need to redrill the mounting holes, but wow! Who cares!
  5. I like deliveries! and shiny things!
  6. ..... Japanese zero.... made by Mitsubishi!
  7. Your current skills put all that behind you now. Amazing work!
  8. Beats my PO's panel alignment ....

Very nice! PM sent with info on the spring cruise to Kelowna...
  10. Do you have pics installed?
  11. I will check with my dealer. But the body molding might be a good idea too.
  12. Not sure if I want to go this route or not, but where can we find reasonably priced rubber replacement strips for the old chrome bumpers? I may just buy the Futofabs in the end, but I have a decent set of old style bumpers already, they just need either new rubber or welding up and rechroming...
  13. Almost I said... still time to sleep.
  14. Polished SASSZ's little sister RoZy! Almost warm enough to hit the road!
  15. This is not looking good... I was hoping not to have to rebuild mine (wishful thinking I know) but it looks like it will be inevitable. Almost wish there was an aftermarket or exchange service for this one!
  16. Thanks Chas! Things are progressing nicely.
  17. Mostly smoothed out and all the pinholes filled.
  18. Durablock hook and loop. 320 and 400. I also have an random orbital air sander with a 120 grit for cutting the fibreglas down. Expense is relative. If you buy three times as much to do the same thing, are you saving any money? The fibreglas is working well. I have sanded and refilled for the last three hours and I am liking the results. I will clean it up further with glazing putty after I respray the primer.
  19. Not if you reinforce the area with the fuel cell holding brackets. Another member here in Edmonton is going that route with his 76 as well.
  20. Started the body filler process. Short hair Fiberglas filler on all the weld seams to seal pinholes and make it pretty! Well, pretty eventually...
  21. That was in 2014 dollars! C' mon you and I both know how depreciation works! Hehe
  22. I am very fortunate to have benefitted from another's loss... A guy in Ontario had his paint prepped and stripped car stolen from the body shop... he hung onto all the parts for twenty years hoping it would surface. In the end he sold me his near perfect tank. It needs cleaning and sealing but otherwise 95% dent free. Best i could hope for. And yes, shipping from Ontario cost as much as the tank...!

  24. Very little actually. In fact, I would be doing you a favour by buying it off you right now for $5000....
