  1. Drove me Nuts… I unplugged it!!!
  2. Just remove the coil plug wire that goes to the top of the distributor cap
  3. Not sure what to do at this point not knowing the history of the diff. My thoughts were they were rare and to run with it. What I don’t know is how is it performing when there’s nothing to compare it to. Maybe the best bet is to have it rebuilt with the extra cluthes.
  4. That’s exactly what I have. What I don’t know is this a clutch type gear box or a gear driven box. I guess I need to really do a lot more research. Thanks @Zed Headfor your research freind.
  5. My LSD and the other two R200 have the same casting numbers. LSD is3:73 the others are 3:90
  6. Might just search the forum and see if anyone has one that’s complete. Went through the same thing with mine and the pressure just won’t hold. @jfa.series1is the forum expert.
  7. Drain plug will be blocked by the splash guard correct?
  8. I understand, the first time I put a new one in I pushed it way back thinking the nose would be better supported until I sent @Dave WMa photo and soon corrected my ill fate😂😂
  9. O’Riley’s has a pilot bushing removal tool in the loaner program. Worked great
  10. The problem I ran into was after being red coated twice, pin holes began to appear just above the seam and decided to pull the trigger instead of throwing more money away. 45 year old thin metal just wont last forever. Worth a shot if you can get it done cheaply.
  11. Check out S30.world. They reproduce new tanks that are really nice.
  12. Very fortunate to find this LSD R200. Need help identifying what these were actually identified as.
  13. There is a p/n on the side of the ECU. The plastic cut out I believe reveals the label. There is a post here on the forum on listing the compatibility of the units. I still think you need to get out the FSM and check each value of the readings. There’s no guarantee you will get a good refurbed unit.
  14. Be interested to know where you found one that was new. I’ve seen refurbished but not new. Interesting.
  15. Well, You’ve fought this for along time now. I think it’s time to crack it open and take a look. Best of luck
  16. Have you located the bad connection?
  17. This car will be destroyed just by power sliding and flying around in the dirt. Please post some pictures of the car itself as it sits. Thanks..
  18. To be honest you haven’t given any information on what you are working with to start. These cars are a unibody design without a separate frame where it can be beefed up. Can you describe what you have at this point to work with along with pics. Thanks friend
  19. Might be easier to reach out to the forum and look for a spare somebody has.
  20. Don’t forget to check the coupon tab and save an extra 15%😂😂
