Yeah surely more than I can handle.  My guess is that it's been sitting out in the damp Puget Sound lowland marshes for some time and is hiding even more rust than is seen.  My ZX is a local Seattle car and has seen it's fair share of rust repair having only spent time in the city, not the woods.

Non 2400 valve cover, swapped motor?  The cigarette lighter in the dash too might mean more swapped out parts. $5k as a starting point seems rather high for this one. 

Also $5k in Seattle a 73 with round tops. Looks like it might have been in a flood.

That's a pretty high buyers premium at 25%. If that's not for food and alcohol at the sale, they are adding more fees than ever. So glad I got my 2 before Covid. 😇

Looks like an estate sale business, they don't really know how to sell a vehicle.  Don't know what people want to see.  Weird that the "View Sale" link takes you to a worse page.  The best pictures (unexpandable thumbnails) are on Carl's link.  Might be worth a look.  Plenty of time.

There is an antenna on both rear quarters, back in the day it probably had the dual "whippers" for the CB radio.
