Hi all: I bought my '77 in original, but non-running condition several years ago. I sorta got it running, but it's never really run well, either due to fuel delivery issues, or possibly a bad ECU. My latest round of effort was basically a total overhaul of the fuel system, from cleaning the tank, to replacing everything else. This dragged out over years because I'm sick of working on it. Now I'm moving, and will lose the one-bay garage space I've been keeping the car stored in. At this point I'm ready to acknowledge that I'm just not cut out for a project car. I need a running Z, and want to find someone who can get my car roadworthy again. Any recommendations…

First post on the forum! I have a 1976 280z and am planning on moving from St. Louis to Boston soon. I would hate to have to sell my z but am concerned about finding a place to keep my car in Boston. Does anyone have any tips on places to keep cars in Boston without breaking the bank? Indoors would be preferred but outdoors is fine if it means I can move with my car. Not sure which part of Boston I will be living in yet. TIA

Hello. I have a 1974 Datsun 260Z. I am wondering if there is anyone in the Hammond, Indiana area (greater Chicago area) that still works on a vehicle that old. I appreciate any advice I can get. Thank you. Bill Zeller.

In the process of getting a 1971 240 back on the road after a 24-year sleep, and I'm looking for shops to do a differential rebuild, tranny rebuild, engine block/head work. Massachusetts area preferred, but would travel anywhere in the northeast area. Datsun specialty/experience would be a bonus, of course. Thanks!

Hi! If anyone can give me the name and phone number of a Mechanic who specializes in the 240-280 Z, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have two Z's that I'd love to get back in top condition. My very close friend was a Z specialist and sadly passed away a year and a half ago. I've been searching for a good mechanic hopefully in the Monmouth or Ocean County NJ area to help me solve an electrical problem in my 280 and to go over my 240 so I can run it once in a while. They've both been sitting for two years in my garage and I know that's not a good thing to just start them up. Thank you for your help! I was given a Mechanic's name in North Jersey I'm just hoping to find som…

Does anybody know a good 300ZX GS 5 speed mechanic that lives in Hunterdon county New Jersey. Want him to look over the car. Only has 74K miles and is in great shape. It came from California, no rust.
