  1. , seems pretty silly... just open Excel and pop that window up if you need to... Another waste of space??? Anyone really like this feature?
  2. SJCurtis, this could prove very interesting!!! Looking at it tomorrow
  3. I the first one !!
  4. What is this???
  5. That's what I thought too, but I asked him and he seems pretty confident it is definitely a 3.0 litre engine...
  6. Thanks guys for your responses. It's in a 240K Coupe hehe, obviously not stock but will be interesting to find out what it is. Cross your fingers that it is actually a EFI V6 out of a Z31 or something... or even better an RB30DE I'm looking at it hopefully this thursday. Will try to remember to take pics. It's got surface rust on a few panels, but for the price I think it's worth a look. Might be worth it just for the 5-speed and diff...
  7. hehe halz, just you wait... ZedRally, that's what I thought... but this engine (in a car) the owner insists is a 3.0 litre, and it has a single carb on it.... I guess I'll just have to go and look Any other ideas?
  8. Hi guys I'm wondering does anyone know if Nissan ever made a (single) carbie 3.0 litre engine from the factory??? If so, in what car? Also, is there any way of recognising what kind of diff a diff is just by looking at it (while it is still on the car)? Thanks for your time!

  10. I dunno, $130000 sounds a bit expensive.......... ROFL No but seriously, looks good!
  11. Well I like it!!! ... nahh, who am I kidding it's terrible
  12. I cant see how any other site can provide anything this one doesn't, so this is the only site I visit

Trex, please post those pictures of you and your father's cars in the gallery ASAP!! I'm sure I'm not the only one here gets excited by the mention of an S800, let alone 1600 SSS and 240Z!!! Yes, the 1600 here in Australia has a huge following. Too bad most seem to think of them as just a "cool looking old datto" to put a modern engine in to make them really fly... I'm more interested in the history of them but meh, whatever rocks your boat! Fairlady, like halz said black is a common colour, however also is charcoal, which is a grey which isn't so glossy. Alan Thomas has some black ones on his car (see his gallery for pics) - I think these would be the most desirable Geez, I wish someone would buy me some "black bananas"...
  14. Mmmm. A lot of money just for rust-prevention. I guess a lot of people do it for the looks too... I'll stick with my mild (not-rusting) steel
  15. I always wondered what a Z would look like with a slightly more gentle rear-end treatment. Now I know... droopy!!! I still think the rear of a Z could have been better ... somehow ...
  16. Crazy RB26DETT Z31... very sleeper. I just hope the prices of these rare Zs dont increase too much, so I can afford one one day!
  17. Just a bit of a side question, why would you want stainless steel piping instead of mild steel??? Is there any real performance advantage?
  18. Looked at them all mate  You dont perhaps have any pics with a slightly higher resolution/quality do you ??? A lot of the ones there were very blurry  How can you not them all?
  19. Nah see, it's obviously a bit of a set up... no one is stupid enough to think a carbon fibre battery top will cool the engine... and the Gatorade reference at the end tops it all offf.... NEVERTHELESS , a Vtec sticker on your mustang???

yeah, steve's shaved not only his rear but his front as well!!! If it's going to be a sunday car, sure. If it was my daily driver I wouldn't though...

  22. In Italy?! They must have been brave... hehe When I was in Sorrento I saw, on the harbour, an immaculate Alfa Guilia (or however you spell it???) just sitting there. Was amazing, pity I didn't have a camera as it would have made a PERFECT photo. Hmmph. Also saw a Testarossa in the middle of Florence. Fantastic sight...
