  3. plugs are black and sooty, yea, running rich alright.
  4. Wasn't the points or the condenser... I'm thinking float level!
  5. Not sure about the American companies, but in Australia if you go to a specialist car stereo shop (there are heaps around) they don't really care what car it is. That said, I would beg to differ that in fact old cars are easier to install a stereo in! New cars seem to have plastic panels everywhere, and every last bit of space utilised with hundreds of multi-coloured wire going everywhere. Old cars are just plain and simple
  6. That's a heap. Usually here they charge between $80 and $200 (Australian!!) for an install. But it is always a good idea to ask the place you buy the hardware from to install it, that way you can get a good deal Usually they will at least throw in the install for free...
  7. hehehe another C110 fan, horray !
  8. Sounds like the indicators on my 240K ! They get faster as you do more RPM ! How about brake lights that get more intense the harder you're stepping on the brake? (dont credit me for that, Jaguar came up with it I think with its F-Type prototype, in other news, the F-type project is back online, with an expected release date of around 2006!) (trying to veer off from the subject as much as possible, tune in for my next post where I talk about Antelopes!)
  9. Yep, with the current state of SPEED CAMERAS, these blinking dash lights really make you aware of your speedo AT ALL TIMES. I just can't get my eyes off them they're so distracting! That's what the cops want, isn't it? :cross-eye
  10. Is that 1/2" per light or for both??
  11. hi! Actually ,that's not a ZG! What's more amazing is that it isn't in Japan! And perhaps even moreso, it's not red!!!!!!! LOL It's a member of this forum's car, Eric B. Have a look HERE for another pic, plus click "See all of this user's photos here" to see some more! But you're right, it is one AWESOME car.
  12. I thought they came with 185s? OK I'LL SHUT UP NOW What's the deal with that, George???
  13. GOOD LUCK RICKY! (the shouting makes more luck) I hope to see some pictures of not only precious but the other beauties there too!
  14. ! Lot's of confusion I sense... mmmm... My special gee-whizz blinking LED was to do with the fact that it was wired through a little chip which was intelligent enough to make the light blink! Usually the LED will stay on, like a normal light bulb.
  15. A lot of the profit is made in the shipping! I paid $2 for a magazine once... cost $4 for shipping!!! And I didn't even receive it ROFL
  16. Any pictures of what they look like on a Z, escanlon?
  17. Sure enough, you're right. It's in the middle of Brisbane.
  18. If you're interested, here's a page which explains it all! http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/led.htm I think having a single battery would make the light flash slower... but I haven't tried!
