  1. Check battery voltage for completeness. It should be ~ 12.6V in the morning before starting the car and ~ 13.5 to 14.5V at idle.
  2. I actually set to 40 degrees and creeped along at ~ 2 to 5mph for a minute once just to see where ping occurred.

  16. Interesting way to see if there was an air pump on the engine. I think Gab Ringette's #48 had this question. His hood was painted with no sticker. I looked at #13 photos but the hood was replaced according to Mark so no sticker. It also has the reinforcing,
  17. I looked at the PDF spec and it too says ~6000 amps... the company seems solid so I wonder how a typo got into two docs?
  18. IF the device has that DC feature. I am guessing it is just an AC output with heavy duty variable tap transformer and contactor with a timer.
  19. I agree, a higher voltage capacitive discharge feature in such a tool can create a huge current for a short period of time.
