Maybe afm flap sticks open sometimes flooding the car. Take cover off of afm see if the weight returns after high rpms.

An overly lean fuel mixture can make an engine run hot. Look at the plugs white is too lean. Do you have a pop out the intake? Also ck fan clutch too.

Grab a hold of water pump pulley see if it wiggles.

The system is to get the owner to the dealer at 30,000 mi to ck O2 sensor. It dose not mean the sensor is bad. Then it's done it's job. Then unplug or look at the light. Not every 30,000mi but at 30,000mi. I believe this is correct.

For dealer service O2 sensor light comes on after 30,000 miles. You have to unplug it.

I have those mirrors on my 78. Got them at the corner auto store 28 bucks. Chose them because good look alike and only 28 dollars. They don't move around and i havent heard a whistle. I bought a cheap one for my 90 f150 it whistles all the time.
