Ditto installed windshield and rear deck glass. No sealant and no leaks. Black Dragon seal kit. The front windshield was sealed in place from the factory and was a b+<%h to get the windshield out with out breaking it. Rear deck had no sealer and just pushed out. Casey

We painted mine with base coat clear coat 901 silver and added a little coarse metallic. Casey

Your butt is basicly sitting on the suspension so every sound is heard and felt.

On mine the hoses at the connection at the evaporator tank were cracked. Casey

This is how 850 Volvo door rubber fits. Same idea - no glue

The difference is the angle the line exits the back of the wheel cylinder. The wheel cylinder is the same otherwise. If the line exits the wheel cylinder at a 90 degree angle it is the later style. If it exits on an angle it is the earlier style. My car is built June 72 and had the earlier style. I bought the later style and bent some new lines from the wheel cylinder to the Flex line. Casey

I recently put my car back together and the top part of the rubber just tucked under the door panel and chrome trim. No glue required.

I was getting anxious after 3 months. I caught a break there was a 2 week period where there was no collision work and a lot got done. Also the shop owner is my brother and he hated to see a grown man cry on a sunny day Casey

It is 901 silver but there is a little extra coarse metallic in it for depth. Outside it looks stock but does pop in the sun a little more.

Final stages. Put it together. What a blast to drive it even in the rain:D

The Volvo weatherstrip is excellent quality Gives an excellent seal but a little tight. It is a good looking install. The doors line up perfect. I will post some pictures Casey

Got the glass installed. Had a Black Dragon weatherstrip kit I bought a while back. Window and hatch rubber was great. WE gave up on their door weatherstrip and got it from an 850 Volvo and that worked with a little tweaking. The colour on these pictures suck. I really want to get this thing out into the sun and out of the neon light and see the paint the way it is supposed to look

It is now a silver Z A long time coming but worth the wait.
