  1. There is a wealth of information available if you are willing to take some effort yourself to aquire it. The people on this board help because they enjoy sharing.   2. I have a 280z rad in my 72 240z I found a cowl at a swap meet for 20 bucks. Solved my cooling issues completely. Casey

  4. 2 wires for marker light and 2 for antenna 1 for speaker because the second terminal goes to ground. Casey
  5. 72 240z My wife's Honda Pilot stays outside. Had the door open to run the engine after reinstalling the rad to make sure the new antifreeze is mixed through the system properly. Cold and snowy:tapemouth
  6. Picked up my bumper and reinstalled. Very happy with the quality.:classic:

  8. They installed the little corner pieces after the window was in. They were done in less than an hour and charged $230.00. The second picture was the installer putting in one of the corners. Hope this helps. Casey
  9. Pictures of glass installed by a mobile install company. They left the corner pieces until after the glass was in place. Used Black Dragon Kit and works great. No sealant and no leaks. Casey
  10. Got my my rubber strips for the bumper in the mail from Chesapeake Nissan(E-BAY:)) While the grill and bumper are off out comes the radiator. Good luck with your chroming Mitchell and happy New Year to all. Casey

  12. I have a written quote for $500.00 at a specialty chrome shop in Cambridge Ont. Good reputation Next quote was $800.00:( The environmental issues have made this an expensive deal. For this I am getting the over riders done also. we will wait and see how it all turns out. Casey
  13. One thing leads to another:) Took off the grill also. While I am at itLOL off comes the front bumper and ordered some new rubber strips for it. I received 2 rattle cans from Les and the colour(Canadian spelling) is great. Also a picture of another victim in my brothers body shop. A 72 MG that was hidden away for 20 years. Original paint and steel. Not bad for the salt capital of Canada.Not mine:( Casey

  15. 50% design 50% 40 year old rubbers and joint seals. When we reassembled my 72 we took a lot of care and I have no exhaust issues. Do a search and sit back and read:) Casey

  17. The bleeder will break off flush with the wheel cylinder Don't ask how I know. I do have new wheel cylinders on my 72 z Casey
  18. In Ontario we get our cars under oiled. My wife's 6year old Honda pilot gets oiled every fall for $80 and the body is rust free. They spread liquid brine and salt on the roads and it eats cars:angry: Krown or Rustcheck will stop the existing rusty areas from getting worse. The oil also creeps into seams and prevents the brine from breaking down wiring and rubber components. I am afraid if you would seal existing rusty area's with Ziebart it would trap the rust underneath it. Casey
  19. Refreshing my backend:D Bumper is at the Chrome shop. Ordered a couple of rattle cans of paint from Les for the tail light inserts. I have some other projects and will update. Casey
