  1. Mirror looks like it's out of adjustment. ?
  2. Thanks! Got the engine harness tabs painted and engine harness installed. Also painted front of radiator support the hood hinge tension rods. Started installing glass. My son stopped by to wash his 350Z, so it was nice to have a bit of company while doing the assembly. Here are the latest pics.
  3. It's adjusted to that poster! Guy knows what he wants to see. I think one for your office is next? It looks fantastic!
  4. It's not rocket surgery. Use the toilet model again. If you bend the arm down, it cuts off sooner. Why? Because it is indicating that it is full even though the water is not as high as it was when the arm was straight. If you bend the arm up, it fills up more because the float isn't being lifted up as soon to indicate it's full. Heck, if you bend it up enough, it won't cut off because the water will go down the overflow since the arm won't go high enough to activate the cutoff. So if the gauge is reading empty at 9 gallons, the float on the sending unit is higher than it should be (or there is some other problem that we don't know about).
  5. Final resting place.......
  6. I found it. It has a M10 threaded bar, but M12 will also pass through the socket. If you look at the wood, you can see the indentation from the extension housing. I added the socket to take a photo of the complete setup.
  7. Maybe not, but you're certainly losing. But hey, who's keeping score? You?
  8. Whether it's at the track, prepping for the next race or at the end of the year, there's always at least one nut or bolt that was loose that would have made for a very bad day. The number of wire-tied, double nutted and new nuts and bolts increases every year. Every bolt/nut has a paint mark to verify it was torqued and a similar reference mark to show if it moved. The plug wires are individually zip tied to the distributor cap and the dipstick has a spring to keep it in place. Everyone of these things came loose at one point. Peace of mind.....

Very deep... Maybe DF and DB. Drive Forward, Drive Backward. Or Devoe mode - GF, MA. F is too easy.
  10. I had a kitty once that loved to pull at the threads on my car cover. She was good at keeping the varmits out of my engine bay though. Now I have a black snake. Maybe he ate the kitty? Circle of life.
  11. Some more photos I took of the wall hanging. It's amazing and I am glad it was done in the best color ever ;)

Simple choice for normal people. Not too clear for sadistic minds.
