I've seen a burgundy 280 on a street scene of Always Sunny in Philadelphia.  Also Mack wearing a  Datsun T-shirt.  He always wears cool Ts.  I like that show!

Iv'e been watching first season (1977 I think) CHiP's episodes on Amazon and there's so many awesome cars on the freeways and general traffic. So far Iv'e seen at least five S30's. One thing I thought was funny was that gasoline stations had prices of 57 cents per gallon. I remember when my dad was furious when it hit $1.00. 

Yeah, I remember those prices too! 

I can remember paying 27¢ when I was in high school. I could cruise the whole weekend for less than $5.

Not to play "Can You Top This", but 1972, Topeka Kansas, gas wars, 23¢ a gallon.  When the gas stations weren't trying to put each other out of business by selling at rock bottom prices, the price would go back up to about 32¢ per gallon.
