PPG paint
Excellent choice in choosing PPG. I love the "Urban". I guess you can't drive in the country with that paint then, huh?

Seems like a really clean and original 72'
I woudn't pay 19K for it either. I agree with you there Carl. Vicky

Rear end.. could someone help?
Is the 3.545 the best gearing for off the line or 1/4 miles times? I'd think the best would be a 3.90 for quick launches and it would be able to handle some top end, no? Vicky

Seems like a really clean and original 72'
Well since we all here own Z's it helps us :classic: Vicky

Maybe it's the color, I don't know. I really don't like the pumpkin colored Z's. Could also be the photographs. The car looks "dusty". Remember, we want these cars to sell for this type of price. It helps us all in the long run. Vicky

I just can't get over those hooks up under the rear bumper. Are they not removable? Vicky

Z Car On History Channel November 7
I bet it'll run on Comedy Central since the show was a joke IMO. The only good part was when they showed the Z's BEFORE they touched them and the Z history was interesting. It's possible they'll run it again this weekend as so many of the weekly shows on the Discovery, History and Learning Channel are repeated during Saturday and Sunday. Can you try and e-mail the History channel and ask about a re-run or a possible video? Most of the other programs are offered on video. Just a thought Vicky

No Z Privledges
Will, look at the size of those hands. Great for grabbing the shifter and ripping through the gears of the 240Z! Future Z driver (and owner) for sure.

Where do you buy your Z parts?
Everyone get the MSA Holiday flyer? What do you guys think of that Performance Electric Water Pump on page 12? It says it reduces cavitations. What is a cavitation? Do you no longer need a fan with this application or is meant to be used with an electric fan? Vicky

Z Car On History Channel November 7
Agreed Mike Backyard modifications at best. Did anyone think the 390 Holley carb was a bit much considering they did nothing to the internals other than the cam. The cars seems "bogged" down at the green light. Vicky

720 Hp !!!!!!
A 572ci will require some modification (lots) to the engine bay. Know a friend that's putting one in a pristine 1970 240Z and it will not just slide right in. The car is having a whole "frame" built to help keep it from twisting due to the massive engine torque. I personally think it's overkill since the car is not even going to be raced. The person just has the attitude that bigger is better and that is not always true IMO. Vicky

Z with Hummer
Love the rims on that Z. The hummer looks so small next to the z. Are they about the same length? That's the H1 right? The ones I see on the road look nothing like that hummer. Yours looks like the military version, no?

Front L.E.D. "Z"
Photo taken by Michelle Gladstone at our Tampa Autoshow Display. Kind of hard to tell, but that's a LED Z that Scott incorporated into the fiberglass aerokit.

wheels4Bill
Now to get to Will's place in Georgia, you must go through New York. There is no direct route from Arkansas to Georgia. Another road trip Bill. Fire up the running Z and go!

OT: Honey Bee to be hacked on Monster Garage
I was suprised the 350Z engine fit in the Honey Bee. The show has really changed since it first debued. All the "freebies". They used to only have 3K to spend. Now brand new vehicles are donated to the cause. Total build on the Honey Bee was around 38K because the 350Z was given to them and they include the price of the new vehicle. Hell, anyone of you guys could do the same thing if all that stuff was just "given" to you. Jesse said it took him 10 years to find his clean white Honey Bee that he drove there. He said it was only second to his favorite '54. The paint job was a joke. I didn't think "Bee" at all, I thought jail break. That car will end up in the scrap heep out back with all the other builds they've done. What a shame Vicky

winter storage
Actually Carl there were car shows going on in between hurricanes. After being boarded up for days , ya need to get out and show the car. Then you put it back in the garage, board up your home and wait for next weekends show. I'd love to move to California, but Scott will not budge from "paradise". Vicky

winter storage
Winter storage, hahaha. The best solution is to move to Florida. Come on guys we can run and show all year around. Vicky
