- Seasons Greetings,
Happy Holidays to all. Enjoy and most important be safe. Hope everyone gets their wishes.Love your new avatar Alfa dog Vicky and Scott- MSD inition installation on a L28 EFI
No, no, no Carl. Scott needs assistance with installing the MSD 6AL in his 77 280Z. No mods to Ol' Yeller. Can anybody reply with help installing MY Christmas gift on HIS car. Vicky- MSD inition installation on a L28 EFI
OK here's my question to anyone who has ever installed a MSD 6AL ignition system on a L28 with a Mallory Unilite Distributor: Do I just follow the wiring diagram in the instuctions, if so will I encounter any problems or need additional parts in order to make it run correctly? The Mallory distributor is a 37 Series Breakerless / Part # 4563901. Need input!!! Vicky needs MORE HORSEPOWER! Thankz Scott- Not Zweather!
It was a sunny 75+ degrees yesterday here in Florida. Now we're going to get back handed by your northern cold front which will give us only rain. The snow is beautiful..........as long as it's on your lawn and not mine Does anybody even put "snow tires" on the vehicles up there anymore? Vicky- Ashtray and lid
Chris, "Super-Glue" is a staple in our bag of tricks that we take along to all Z events. You never know when a part will fall off Vicky- Rear Bumper Rechrome
Sure thing Jeff, its 727-531-3577. Vicky- Rear Bumper Rechrome
Chris there is a superb place in Clearwater called Alert Bumper. Scott had the 72 rear bumper re-chromed there and the work is flawless. We told them this is a concours vehicle and that's what we got, absolutley beautiful. Turn around time was about a week, price was around $250.00 (back in 2001). They come highly recomended by some very respected collectors we know. Plus it's close by. No shipping for you. Just a thought. Vicky- Anyone ever order from nismoparts.com?
Makes as in other Nissan makes? That would be OK IMO. Motorsport of California also (or at least used to) sells Miata parts too. MSA is very reputable. Do they have any kind of disclaimer about a return policy. That way if you don't like your purchase it can be sent back. "Nismo" is Nissans performance end so I would tend to think that the company would be legit. I don't think Nissan would allow the use of "Nismo" on anything that they weren't involved in. But I guess you never know. Vicky- Ouch
I'm literally sick to my stomach when I look at that. I cannot rate this picture as I must clear the screen. Good choice in tires however!- Installed new plugs and wires! car ideling LOW and not running right!
The firing order is correct right? Vicky- JGTC Racing

Whoa, whoa, whoa there Alan. I did not in any way mistake your comment. I WAS wrong in calling the car a "350Z". My error. The icon of the club over the head is for me. Thank you for setting me straight :classic: Did I say you were trying to score points off of someone????? Now that confuses me Vicky- JGTC Racing
OK, I'm sorry. I guess I should have said "Did the Z win". Geez :stupid: Vicky P.S. jmark, your freshly painted Z looks fantastic- JGTC Racing
Did the 350Z win in California this weekend? Vicky- JGTC Racing
- Happy Holidays!
Right back at you Chris and also to everyone else I'm getting an MSD 6AL ignition from the Santa that rides in a Z not a sled. Vicky- gnose in florida
I've seen clones at the National Convention. I'm guessing it was a clone since the cars are rare. Maybe I'm not used to them, I don't know. I sure wouldn't refuse one if it was offered to me Vicky- 77 280z for free
I do believe the 5 speed was introduced in 77. That doesn't mean all 77's came with them. My 78 had a 4 speed. Vicky- R200 Lsd
Nice christmas present for yourself or should I say for your Z Tom. Congrats and that will make for a happy new year indeed! :classic: Vicky- Christmas Humor - Bambi Style

PM'd you Art Vicky- gnose in florida
Dare I say zhead240, I really don't care for the G-Nose look. I know that this is like cursing the lord on this site. Plus that car is a 260Z. My next Z purchase is an original, documented and numbered Scarab (which is also like cursing the lord on this site to some). Maybe 26th-Z would like that car. He's really the guy that's lining 'um up and by vin number too! Vicky- pics of the Z
Dave, I just love your Z. The hood vents modification is great. Can you shoot a picture of them looking down towards the front so I can see what they look like from inside the car (when you have time). I'd like to know the rim and tire sizes, front and back please. ZRush wants new shoes for Christmas and I'm trying to get ideas. Vicky - Seasons Greetings,
