Need some advice on selling
I agree with Jim probably $40k or so. I think his estimation on condition is very good also. If I were gonna put it on Ebay I would list it on Ebay UK also. I have sold cars out of the country, they can load them on the truck when the funds are secure in my account. The seller took car of his own shipping arrangements. Take pictures of the car and the mileage prior to loading and forward them to the buyer. Buelller !!!? If you want, open a separate account for the money transfer so they don't have an account number where you keep your regular money. The car looks great, I don't know if the color will work against you or not. Is it close to a factory color?

Parting out 1973 240Z
Replacing the whole spare tire well is easier than welding in patches. Drill out the spot welds around the top of the rim and the whole wheel well comes out..

Baltimore listing
That use to be a $200 car but that is a good point about the radio and the some other parts. What you can see of the dash isn't cracked either. The bumpers look straight but you know they probably need plating. $1,500 seems like a lot for a parts car. I would be amazed if that car were salvageable...if it were in the bottom 200 vin's maybe...

Fuel pump mystery
If you are gonna start diagnosing electrical problems then you are gonna need an electrical meter. Go get a moderately priced meter $40-60 would do it. Advance Auto, Lowes, Home Depot all have them. You need a meter that checks continuity and DC voltage 40V or so...

Doug , Another option is find a reputable shop in your area for z cars and have the car towed to them, and them fix it for you...

vapor lock
About that time they were making a lot of modifications to the fuel that was available. Could have been a little of both, the cars being sensitive to heated fuel and the fuel being more volatile due to the additives and later ethanol From Wikipedia "Gasoline containing up to 10% ethanol began a decades-long growth in the United States in the late 1970s. Front crossmember hardware
I need to source this front cross member hardware Norm @ Zeddsaver has it, but only on an exchange basis. I have looked through all my hardware but haven't been able to find them. Any of you guys parting cars have this hardware? The washers are more important than the bolts. Also size pitch and thread would be good to know if someone can check for me

what is wrong here?
It takes a while but you'll love it in the end. It is surprising all the little flaws that show up when you start blocking a big panel. The upside it will look like a mirror when it's finished and buffed

I haven't ever lifted the rear wheels but I suspect it makes it easier to get the tranny into the tunnel and not have to worry about ground clearance
