I am amazed at how history repeats itself. The 03 350z suspension is soft as well. I think they fixed it in later Z's. Any other 04,05,06,07 Z33 people please chime in. Kats many many thanks for the information you have provided.

I have a 03 350Z with some goodies installed on it. I only wish Nissan/Nismo really separated this model from the rest of the pack. Outside of the minor improvements and the low build numbers.

You are correct. Nissan shot us one again. It is going to be 3.5 liters.

Also a special Nismo Z will be sold in the US this summer. It will have a 3.8 Liter engine. Lets just say the jury is out on the styling. Especially the rear.

Nissan is already playing around with a 4.5 Liter V8 engine in their Super GT(Formerly JGTC) Fairlady Z GT500 car. Here is a pic of the beast. Engine. A special VK race engine based off of the M45 engine.

Its a damn shame Nissan keeps running from the past. As long as we keep the past in their face. They will have to pay attention to us one day. Keep restoring/pampering your Datsun boys and girls.

If your 240Z has a matching engine. I would suggest not stroking it. Remove it and get another engine to play with. Ie get a 280Z engine and stroke that. Or just get a 280Z engine.

The drain off from the cowl vent down to behind the front fenders.

I have had my car for 1 year as of December. A 72. I am doing a full restore and turning it into a Works inspired race car. Gathering parts has been the long and painful ( $$$$$ ) process. New Hood New Fenders New 5 piece Gnose New Frame Rails/Floorboards Refurbished 3.9 R200 Diff To Do's Need a close to new hatch. Either ditch the current L24(Numbers dont match :-( ) and go for a stroked L24 to L27 or L28 to L31. Need 3 piece rear spoiler Triple Mikuni's Need racing seats etc..etc...etc.. Sometimes I get a little down when others cant see the dream I am after(ie dad calling car a piece of junk). But he will be added to the list of people if not the 1st person I race against. For some reason he worships his 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 but I do plan on handing him a L.

Has a semi works(replica) front spoiler on it as well.
