So the saga begins, with some reservation on my part - the fame rail rust and underbody rust is significant . Interestingly she has NO rust from the rockers up save for a little bubble here and there the interior in nearly perfect, only a small tear on the drivers seat. Headliner, dash – perfect. No rust on strut towers, none around rear hatch. Carpet is sun faded but not torn, window rubber seals look good, no leaks that I can tell. The sides of this car have no parking lot dings, it is a solid straight body She runs great, even with old tired tires , starts with a flick of the key , tranny feels fine, clutch and brakes – good. Museum guy said I could pull my classic in front of their classic! Another pic. Ane one next to my most favorite plane of all time.... I have a ton of pics of the Corsair, if you would like some let me know. I have some of the engine starting and we go to watch it taxi away under its own power and fly off. The pilot then did a fly over. NOTHING On earth sounds better than an 18 cylinder radial!

Hi! I have just ordered a few parts from Mynissanparts.com Part numbers 12-13-14 from: http://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsuns30/DatsunFairladyZIndex/Steering/SteeringColumn/tabid/1745/Default.aspx And now the seller is claiming that none of the parts will fit my European Datsun 240Z April 1971. I wanted to give a shout out for Mike's Z Shop in Whittier, CA. I've read great things about them on this forum and others. My 78 280Z had developed a small fuel drip that I didn't want to deal with, so I made the 30+ mile drive on Saturday. They replaced some old fuel hose for basically 1 hour of labor, and gave the rest of the car a good once-over. I spoke to the owner for a bit, they really do treat each car as if it was their own, and make a real effort to go the extra mile for you. Met a guy with a 1990 300ZX twin turbo, he had a bad engine replacement from another mechanic, and the guy's at Mike's fixed everything. They really seem to know Z's. A giant plus is …
