I read on the speed forums that gushi had actually lost his brakes for the last few laps. Thats why he cut the corner.

Did you see the guy in the 350z cut the corner on the road course? I about fell out of my chair.

That car is about 15 minutes from where I live. I was going to tell a friend about it but that thing is in horrible shape. I 'm willing to bet that it is even worse in person. ouch! I have never seen that car around town so it hasn't been running in a while. double ouch!!

I bet that thing can suck down the fuel.

I don't know about my z but I would love to see it in my model A.

I have slept in my 280z. It was uncomfortable and it took a day to be able to stand up. I would advise against it. maybe a small camp trailer like the ones used for motorcycles?

Dear santa I have tried very hard to be good. I haven't done anything real bad and am trying to leave my boss alone. I know it isn't his fault that his parents are related. I bought my '78 in july 1987. I had the engine and tranny rebiult. Then a new paint job. In '94 I rolled it. after reskinning the roof and quarter panel I drove it until I got t boned. The car has been sitting waiting for me to get rebuilding.

sorry about the joking around and welcome. The guys here know just about everything there is to know and I'm sure will have the answer to your problem. I would check for air leaks like zbane mentioned. check around the throttle body and airflow meter especially the underside. I have had a few problems there. makes the car run real funky.

Doesn't nascar own speed? Top gear is a great show. Remember when they had the atom on there? I about died laughing at the instant face lift.

My daily driver is a '96 jeep cherokee. I also have a '97 bigdog motorcycle and a '28 Ford model A sedan. The model A is in bits and peices. I hope to make a street rod out of it.

I agree with tomohawk. I couldn't wait for this show to hit the air. Then I watched a few shows and realized how bad it was. All they do is argue. If you have the faster car why would you give the other guy a chance to win? He should have built a bit more speed. Just my opinion.

I have never been around an automatic z so I didn't know the part was on them as well. I'll have to make a note in the manual. Could save on questions some day. I can't think of any reason why the idle would be different. Just a guess but could the auto tranny just drag the motor down slightly?

I said it was oncars with manual trannies only becouse that is what the factory service manual said.

there are no hoses hooked up to it. thats just the way it is supposed to be.

anti-stall dashpot. it was on manual tranny cars only

Thats to bad. I know exactly what it feels like to have a car ruined. If I was you i would look for a 240 shell or some one elses parts car and swap all your good parts to the new shell.
