  1. So did that sway bar come with downlinks ? It's hard to tell how it is secured . I had a hell of a time fitting mine because of my CV axles. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  2. I see a pic of the twins, but not of the two singles? Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

  6. Don't forget about your fuel supply system. Now your talking high pressure system that will require upgraded fuel lines that have a more substantial return line. So you need a bigger pump, a place to put it , lines to supply and return it. Power to the pump if you don't really have an electric pump now - which should really involve a relay. Then you can move on to the ECU installation . not trying to slight this product- I think it's great and considered the OER version myself. I've been in the process of the carb to FI conversion and it is involved - just so you know
  7. And filters are 60 each? Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  8. So does the rail dead head or set up for return. Can't tell from the pic Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  9. Only way you will know is try a hidden spot somewhere down low and go for it. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  10. I personally haven't been able to tell a difference between the Schneider cam(480/280) and the Isky (490/290) . Don't think you can go wrong with either. I think only a dyno would tell me. I got both cams to idle okay and both make good power Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  11. Bo is running OEM caps . I am working on getting him a ANSA exhaust tips though. That will probably be the only mod on the exterior Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  12. In actuality , Bo's car is much straighter . It will be stellar once it has a good paint job!! Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  13. I wish- . I spent a lot of time panel blocking this car and they are flat. My wiper valence panel is pretty bad and I should have replaced instead of trying to fix . It throws off the gaps pretty bad up top. My car was also hit up front before I owned it and makes it tough getting good lines right. Of course being the owner I see everything Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  14. Sorry for the delayed updates , I've been having issues with the menu bar on the site. Any how, I got the car back together and put her thru her paces out on the road . It's a bit noisy with no door seals but she has new life with a timing chain that isn't ready to fly off. The car is actually in the owners hands presently driving the back roads of Indiana. It's probably a little bit of a let down dealing with all the noises of no seals , carpet , rattles. He said he is enjoying it and is planning the next stage . Paint. Bo said it burned quite a bit of oil at first but seems to be getting better. I don't believe this car has seen much mileage in recent years- just abuse. We are looking at a possible rebuild during the paint tear down anyway. Bo has decided to go with the white interior if we can get Les to cooperate . Bo is learning the in and outs of dealing with small vendors of classic cars.
  15. I'll take them . PM'd you on Facebook
  16. Might try color sand and buff in a area down low. Buffer and 1500 grit can do wonders , but caution is needed. Maybe find someone that is experienced at that. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  17. I have no done fuel as of yet- so can't help you with it. After I got my ignition set up running I haven't been studying the manual. I believe Zed is correct that you just set up the AFRs and let the ECU do the rest. There's a whole sub forum on MegaSquirt on hybridz Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  18. Yes it is a clutch diff. It was almost silent using a RT mount without the stock front diff mount . After sandwiching the mounts I started to get some noise- nothing too bad and only at certain speeds Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  19. Can't say mine is silent , but the Subby diff works well! Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  20. WTF ! They are never finished - just a pause in the refinement process !! Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
  21. Jamal , nice job. Didn't pay much attention to this thread at first . Then I realized it was Jamal. Bought some zx parts from you years ago for my daughters car. You did me right bro . so how many times has someone asked what year Javelin that is-
  22. I've been checking out my sons BRZ electric unit . Very compact . Some guy on Hybridz was working on using this unit but I haven't read about any finished products . It would be another level of refinement that I would appreciate !
  23. Is start at 25 at least - good luck. Looks like it was done right. First year 280z . Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club
