i also have a blue 903 z that i will be painting the second coat of blue and 3 coats of clear. i like what i see with your z and iam looking forward this spring in completing my job which started the end of 2007. if anyone can help explain how to put pictures on this site i have plenty to show. thank for any info carl h

what a great site,just got the car back from the body shop they did a great job,had floors,frame rails and rockers done,highly recommend these guys for northeast coast z cars.bodyshop is located in ridley,pa website is tedandsons automotive. i want to attach pictures but have not figured out how to do it yet. the web site will be a big help for me with getting supplies for painting come september.really excited about my z finally back in the garage .thanks for all the great info from you z buffs. carl h havertown,pa

i did buy new floor pans but they did not have a coating on them bought them about 9month ago them toke them out of the box they came in .i should have left them in the box till i was ready to install them maybe they would have not from this surface rust

jimmy my pans do not have a coating i can wipe the rust with a rag but it does leave a rust stain after that is done i think i will write to zedding and ask charlie what to do next thanks for your input

jimmy z thanks for the info it will help me alot . i have floor pans that are getting some surface rust how should i tackle this i will not be doing the pans for a while was thinking of spraying por 15 than putting them in the basement till i am ready from katcarl1

have loved the240z since i worked at a datsun deadership during high school back in 1971. I have a 71 240z bought it 22years ago from my brotherinlaw co worker he decided that bmw was more fun to drive now he wishes he had this 240z back. drove this z alot till 1996 then stored it in the garage.had other jobs around the house for the last 9 yrs finally done them all then started last summer taking the z completely apart.with all parts mark and just the shell left will be getting floors,rockers and frame rails done then will start the body with a new coat of 903 blue. cant wait tell that moment alot of work ahead. thank carl h
