We did this recently. We did it on the car because it allows you to put pressure on the glass easier. I got most of it in by myself and Cody helped me get it finished. Not as hard as the windshield but not super easy either. Be sure and use soapy water or the precision liquid etc.

That spring is very stiff! I don't think you can manipulate it by hand.

I was lookong on ztherapy's website. They offer a euro style balance tube. Smoothed and polished. All extraneous holes welded up. On another note, I didn't know Bruce Palmer had passed away! He was always so nice on the phone... 😞

Those are nice looking posts. They look expensive. If it's in conduit it doesn't need to be very deep

If you go straight to a temporary tank it will tell you which half of the system is the problem. That will speed up your diagnosis and reduce wasted effort

If it's a Maxima caliper or something similar, it is mechanical but not visible. All internal to the caliper

I don't recall but: Are all the fuel lines new? What is the condition of the tank? If it were me, I would rig up a 1 gallon fuel tank in front of the radiator support. Use the system from the under hood fuel filter in. Drive it around in the cul de sac on that. If it doesn't act up it's in the rear section of the fuel system. Probably the tank

If it was me and not cost prohibitive I would order all 8 in stainless. The exchange rate is very much in your favor currently

I hate that about the glass trim. It is really frustrating to rip a gasket! Maybe SteveJ or some one else close can lend a hand and make the difference??

A 2" rolok on a die grinder works like a small flap disc

Could you take a die grinder and thin the inside of the scoop to make the valance line up?

Pretty color but I find the interior clumsy and I think the shaved exterior makes the car look incomplete. Probably really quick though
