Hi , I found this cap in my father’s tool box , looks like it can be used for the Z432 , little bit different from an original NICHIRA cap though. My father never owned Z432 nor Cedric/ Gloria , so this cap used for some track or some vehicles used in a rice field . I will run my Z432 with this plain cap on the radiator, while pressure relief type cap on the reservoir bottle. Kats

This past weekend I picked up this: Here she is all loaded up and ready to goto her new home. Sitting at my friends shop. Car had not been started in 10 years. With in 20min of having it we had it running somewhat. Pretty glorious if you ask me. Going to have the carbs rebuilt. Its a 71 series 1, has either 160k or 60k on it. Factory A/C car, all original and everything works on it!! Im really excited and amped to do this car, the rust on it isnt bad at all with the worst being a dime size hole in the passenger front floor board. The car was a GA car its whole life, I even have the original 40yr old keys and original title!!! It should be a fun, albeit expensive project. Edit: Got it into my garage last night, the rear carb is just gummed shut, probably why it wasnt pleased about running. Getting it situated today. Found a forsale flyer though for the car that really put it into perspective for me, the car has 69,000 original miles and is all original. Im not sure what to do at this point.

I posted a while ago asking if anyone had found a stainless clutch hose that fit 100% no one had the reason i asked is that i bought one from MSA and it was too loose to fit into the frame bracket retaining sleeve I contacted a company called techna-fit in indiana they said no problem send us your old one we will match it they did perfectly and the best part is the cost $ 10.00 plus shipping in the photos the longest one is MSA and looking down the one on the left is MSA the right techna - fit

I went through the same problem a couple of years ago and had to modify my choke lever assembly as well. On mine the cable broke as well as the "tombstone" shaped cable washer and some of the spacers were lost when it came apart. To fix it I replaced the choke cable wire with .055" music wire using the original sheath, got a plastic "tombstone" shaped cable washer from a '72 choke assembly and made a plastic washer/spacer to make up the extra space. Also had to modify the brass pin to suit the newer plastic cable washer, I was able to use the original M2 x 5mm screw that retains the brass pin. One of the more difficult issues was bending the music wire to fit the groove in the plastic cable washer. Here's a couple of pictures of my repair: I also documented my repair with 3D Cad

If you like it, buy it. Every car that any forum member owns here probably has 50 other members who wouldn't have bought it. Some members have never even driven their cars. Something for everybody here. Take a pocketful of cash over there and take it for a test drive.
