Hey guys I've posted this question before but couldn't find it anywhere. I need to pull the plastic covers (panels) off the interior of the Z. I pulled all the tabs but can't seem to get the thing off either side (rear ones). I don't want to force them as it'll end up breaking. Is there like a golden way of getting them off and on? Thanks greatly Jan

Thinking about buying a 240z with severe rear collision damage! It looks to me that the car need to be cut in half just in front of the rear strut towers. My question is would the back half/quarter from a (early) 260z (the one with the small bumpers) line up? Would there be any differences in the floor, strut towers, body lines, anybody can think of? Assume i'm cutting the car just in front of the rear wheels to the roof line in front of the hatch. I have a pretty solid rear from a early 260z already. Thanks in advance! J.

just got back from cruzin in the zed. took a few cranks of the key and a few pumps of the gas but she fired up nicely. didn't even have to charge the battery. i have a kill switch on it so as not to drain it. a heated garage helps too. i a happy :classic: camper now!!

The past Saturday, Ben's Z dropped by the house to show off his new Z (He bought it 30 mins earlier!). A very nice '77 model in near mint condition. Very clean, original interior -almost no rust! But wait -I don't want to steal his thunder! I am sure that he will be sharing a lot with us. I took a pic of a happy man! Welcome to the family!

I won this poster on ebay a few weeks ago. It is a combination sales brochure and promotional poster for the early 240z in Canada. It is 8 x 11 inch format and folds out to 8 times size to display the poster. There is no date, but the car show is the red prototype you see in some other early ads with no badges, radio, D emblems on wheels, etc. There was another for auction for the same poster from another seller about the same time, but it didn't come with the red vinyl cover. Does anyone else have one of these? -Mike

I have a 1978 280z that I am trying to put back together. I am trying to use harness tag#24012-N4200 which is for a 1977 280z. The harness that was in the car was a 24011-N7600. The last harness shown in the Zenon microfiche for 3/78 is 24012-N7600. The one I was going to use just isn't working. I have found another 24011-N7600 but wanted to be sure it is the correct harness. Can anyone offer any light on this or where I can go to get the correct info. By the way my car was mfg 5/78.
