  1. Sounds like it had a paint color change over it's lifetime? Maybe if the color is on it, the transmission crossmember could be removed for a scan.
  2. Is the gasket sticking out any? Mine did at first and it leaked when I overfilled it. Loosened the pan bolts, tucked it back and slowly went around retightening. Stopped mine from leaking and taught me that 5 qts is too much oil for my 240.
  3. Mine are painted the same all over/under. I'm not understanding your color question.
  4. Not so lucky for you.
  5. I'd never heard those adjectives used to describe a car. I learn something new everyday.
  6. That's one of those things that could go very bad but we got lucky Bob.
  7. There's a plant that would bring the farmers back to their glory days as the wealthiest guys around. It ain't corn.
  8. Smart microwave? Smart coffee pot? You seen that Sonic commercial yet where the guy says he uses his smartphone everyday but doesn't make him any smarter then tries to drink through the cherry's stem? Pretty funny.
  9. He said nuts, giggity.
  10. Would bow chicka wow wow be like giggity giggity, a newer version?
  11. Don't forget to spring your clocks ahead in the morning. I totally forgot about that being this weekend until my Sister reminded me.
  12. You remember wrapping a chain around shrubs, trees or whatever and pulling them out of the ground with a car/ truck or lawnmower? Now with the new grippy clutch you could pull something without slippage. I'm kidding of course as I know you wouldn't do that with your red baby. 8^) Just my late night joking (drinking). Ready for SNL to come on. Jeff Sessions as Forest Gump! Too funny.
  13. Was that you talking about the TC rods and weight versus no weight, ramps I think where I used a bottle jack. If it was I'd like to say make sure and put nylon lock nuts on the rods. I reused my old ones and one side worked loose and fell off, lost one of the bushings and cup washers.
  14. Now you can pull out those old shrubs around the house.
  15. When I first bought a 240 it slipped BAD. I was used to 280s unadjustable slave cylinders, those clutches worked until they were worn slap out. I read on here, as always, and found out how to adjust it. Me and Jai probably had that same "holy moly" moment. Night and day difference.
  16. Nice, I'm sure she'll never forget cruising Dad's classic sports car.
  17. Eledlighting 1st Eledlights 2nd
  18. Theres a vertical line on the distributor cap that is #1. Google 280z firing order then click IMAGES.
  19. Zoom Zoom (to the tire store) Glad your happy with the clutch. Deanna will stay pinned to the back of the seat now. Y'all both are gonna need fancy driving gloves.
  20. Is there room enough for me?
  21. If that's Hardway's facebook post I apologize for the SOB remark.
  22. Looks like a Hot-Wheel. You're losing the popular vote but we know that don't mean squat!
