Cool Tool of the Day. (CTOD)
I have jad to do similar with an O2 sensor socket. Even the goods ones flex enough to strip the sensor. Put a hose clamp around the end and no more flexing

Z's on BAT and other places collection
I would think that's a million dollar+ car. Dangerous to do a no reserve auction on that car unless you need to fire sale it IMO

Trying to source 280Z tail lamp assembly
I really prefer the JDM tail lights over the North American ones. Just another example of how our government can take a good idea and muck it up...

Resolved: Tail Lights Stuck On
Glad that worked! Why can't the switch be threaded in some for the time being?

Car will not start
Yes, bunny ears Like KeysZ said that means the valve rockers on are on the base circle of the cam and the valves are closed

Car will not start
Remove plugs Breaker bar until lobes on #1 are up and timing mark should be between 5-10 degrees Post up a pic of where the rotor points at that time or pull the distributor and post a picture of the drive spindle under the distributor

1971 HLS30-14938 "Lily" build
Blocking panels and wet sanding to 600 grit I have a number of them ready for color. Most of them were pretty close to ready before I got pushed out of the shop by the Goon a while back. I may roll the chassis outside tomorrow and shoot some epoxy on it. We'll see

Car will not start
You could also get a remote starter button and bump it from under the hood. No helper needed I avoid asking my wife for help in this area because she doesn't like doing it and sometimes lacks finesse...

Another Z to see the roads again...
I was looking over this today. I am pretty sure I epoxied the middle and spot welded the four outside spots. The same way the factory evidently did it

Zinc platers

Dumb Question: Are Fuel Dampers adjustable?
I believe the mechanical pump has that procedure. I don't know about the efi pump

Z's on BAT and other places collection
I dont know what the professional was thinking!

Oil pump
It depends a lot on where you live. My current project was very rust free. And only required two small floor board patches. They are getting more rare though

Broken idle screw tip
I think your idea is good, unfortunately if someone cranked it down really hard it can damage the body

240Z D hubcaps ... reproduction?
I feel quite confident the repops are coming from Asia already

280z Bumper Conversion: Who Kept 280z Lower Valence?
I have the xenon air dam too. I'm not overly impressed either. With it on the car properly the flat surface underneath the grill is wavy. Not much to be done about that. I wish they would make them out of TPO like other bumper skins. I could cut it and plastic weld but nothing to be done with the urethane one

Removing E-brake cable clip stuggles
John, I may have clips. Do you have any pictures of what you have? C
