This is #55381 and #55380 is also Yellow. On a color change, you usually do not see the backside of the pinch welds on the rockers - painted with a new body color. I can see the areas that appear to be white on the undercarriage...where paint appears to have been wore of scuffed off. White Primer maybe? 19 hours ago19 hr comment_676964 This Z was in the first of 3 batches. As the program went on more reproduction parts needed for the program became available. In the meantime there was a lot of recycling. What I was talking about is the 2 ID plates side by side which I guess are for the same car and the one on the right is like GVWR 420lbs heavier. If this is what the car weighs after it's been through the Nissan refresh I wonder what they did to increase the GVWR by 420lbs. From the pictures it wasn't the radio (that's gone) 😄 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/64671-zs-on-bat-and-other-places-collection/?&page=244#findComment-676974 Share on other sites
3 hours ago3 hr comment_676980 My suspicion is the lighter plate is for the very early cars. The later iterations were heavier Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/64671-zs-on-bat-and-other-places-collection/?&page=244#findComment-676980 Share on other sites
