Yeah, I know all about the fitment to the car, just not the fit to the Rewind wheel.  I assume you mean the three ribs in the top left pic?

BTW, what lugnuts did you use with your Rewinds?  Mine is a race car, so open is fine.

The top left pic looks about right. Just do a trial fitment and it will be real obvious what you need to shave off. I think I just used standard chromed lug nuts. Nothing special at all.

As I recall, the caliper has 2 or 3 ribs on the top of it.  I used a grinder to shave one of them off. It wasn't hard, just messy and stinky.

You will love it though.  It is definitely a worthwhile mod.

I asked this question when I ordered my Rewinds. They said use the "bulge" style lug nuts. Not the tapered ones.

I wondered the same thing, I have two sets of Rewinds and never heard that before but it's a thing. 

I've bought two sets of these lug nuts off ebay.com.  Good quality chrome lug nuts with a key for $30 less than discounttire.com.  They say you need 20 for a 240Z but we know better so I buy these for a Sentra.

The Bulge Style nuts just have a ridge that prevents the socket from bottoming in the lug hole and damaging the alloy surface.

After more hemming and hawing and seeing enough photos of cars with them that I convinced myself I would learn to like them enough, I finally decided on the 16x7 RBs.  Santa shipped them from Hayward on Friday

Merry Christmas to me!  Went with 225/50/16 rubber, compared to the 205/60/14 that was there before.  Fills out everything nicely and I hope they don't rub.  I'm short on lug nuts, though, so no driving yet.

McGard make a nice set of spline drive lugs to fit the Rota's.  Optional is a set of locking ones to match.
