Alex 240Z

Ouch !!! That hurts even though it is a zx I owned an 83 280ZX automatic for about four years ,I sold it about three years ago it was one the only Z that I owned that there wasn't a tear in my I when the new owner drove it away !!! All the others were either 240,260,280Z cars maybe thats why.

Congrats !!! on you graduation !!!!!! and of course take care and enjoy your Z!!!!! I am one of the old guys in the club and you could not believe the excitement when I saw the first Z brosure in 1970 I was in the service at the time and I have loved them ever since !!!!!! and from 1974 until now the car still gives me chills when I drive it and when I see a nice one on the road !!!!!! Good Luck !!!! and May all your Z dreams come true !!!

I can not help with the mirrors but I have say that is one nice ride and I think I would leave well enough alone you cannot improve on perfection !!!! That's my 2cents !!!! " Enyoy the Ride" and a nice one at that !

I definitely like the t-shirt with small logo in front and larger logo in back. Maybe we could use the saying "Enjoy the ride " or another Z saying !!!!! I know colored tee shirts are expesive but maybe we could have a poll for color of tee shirt !!!!

Took my z for a spin runs great except when blinkers are on I can hear a pulsing noise on my alternator still tracing out problem with my side marker lights and rear lights amazing brake blinker rear work blinker front work and front lights work !!!!!!! really enjoyed the ride !!!!!!! Thanks, John

Gary I will definitely give a e-mail to escanlon and over the weekend I am going to try to fix my light problems, thanks for the help !!!!! I would give escanlon money for shippng and what ever he seems reasonalbe for his diagram and ebay would be a good idea for him I seen quite a bit of z junk for sale about time some one is rewarded for something really useful to the z owner Thanks, JOHN

the 240z is manual the front lights work tommorrow i will check the color wires for the side markers and see if licence plate light works blinkers work all around

Does any one know where I can get a readable wiring diagram for my 1972 Z. The problem is my side marker lights do not work or my tail lights don't go on !!!!! My blinkers work brake lights work and front lights work to !!!!! I have a few other electrical problems too!!!! Wipers only work on slow speed !!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
