No, the black and white #112 is my cousins, but we were pitted with the red, white and blue #57, which belongs to my cousins' friend and race partner who often attend events together. They will be taking the pair of 1200's to the Rolex Monterey Motorsports reunion at Laguna Seca in August. Wish I could go to that one!

Been collecting all new parts for my engine build. Block is at the machine shop, was sonic tested and bored, just waiting for pistons to arrive for final bore/hone. This piece just arrived 😁....

L-Spec Datsun P90 head. 5 angle valve job stainless steel valves rocker arm resurface short bronze guides stage 3 Isky cam (.490 lift) Isky springs L-spec retainers Kameari lash pads low profile valve stem seals CNC ported I will be mating this to an F54 block bored to 89mm with Kameari flat top pistons on stock rods.

I've been collecting all the parts for my L28 build and this is one of the last ones to arrive! Still awaiting Kameari flat top pistons, block has been bored to a rough 89mm, final boring/honing will be done when the pistons arrive. I can't wait to start assembling it!

WOW! That is pretty cool, Jim. Our cars were born so close to one another, but my warranty card is not in my name!

Will be interesting to see how this auction plays out. Not a lot of fanfare for this car which looks to be in very good, original condition.
