Maybe the heat did it or maybe it was in a garage that burned and something fell on it. Once they are burnt like that, they rust almost overnight. I have wondered about buying a burn car that is not so severely burnt. I wonder though how bad they're oil canned from the heat and the damage to the metal from being heated to that degree...
