Hello 240Ziggy, I want to buy 9/69 for my Z432, 6 pieces please. I do not know when the changes were made about tags format, however at least 1969/ 1970 Fairlady -Zs have same tag like other exported models, I think...

Chris , I still have the 9/69 tags which you kindly gave me,  they are so perfect just like this,  this time I want to have one more set for my relief. Now my Z432 has home made tags using a office copy machine , not bad but not professional finish.

Mike , I think you saw the rags in ZCON San Diego 2014.

Dan, I agree with you , my March 1970 240Z has 12/69 tags. By the way, this is the only thing which I found "dated 1969" in my Blue ACRYL ENAMEL  240Z.

06/1972 Fairlady-240ZG has a different tag compared export models.

Thank you too 240Ziggy, we love tags, and stickers !

Just for someone's interests, here is the tag's location and facing.

Nissan made a single facing application for each belt,

as the results, tags are not facing the same at the driver's side and the passenger's

side when we looking at in position.

One important thing is, the tags must not be flat with the belts, tags must be loose so that

tags can be twisted and bended without breaking / peeling .

These tags are my home made tags on Z432.

Kats, you answer all of my questions, sometimes before I can even ask.

The picture above of the correct tag location and orientation is just ------"Perfect".

Here's a picture from my collection - just to mess with everyone.

If we're playing, here's a couple of shots to prove Takata - like most Japanese companies - were working on Christmas Day 1969.

Nissan part number was 86800-E7201, and I think it should be fairly easy to guess on what variant of S30-series Z this was stock equipment:
