Anyone have experience with the Itm flattop pistons? Im looking at Ry6134-40 for my engine.

They are only 200$ on ebay.

Smaller ITM pistons for a 240z were used in this beauty:

 

 

They work great.

I'm using the 40 over flat tops in my race car. No problems so far.

How much compression are you running on them?

I run them on my 10:1 CR street Z.  At the time I bought them close to 20 years ago, they came with lousy rings.  I've heard the rings are now better.

They would be about the stock compression 9:1. We can't change that.

I would be at 10:1 or a bit more do to the head being shaved a little.
