  1. That ia bada$$! Thanks. Hopefully I'll find what I need. :rambo:
  2. Just an off-the-wall question. I could not read the writing on the website (kakimoto), I dont have babblefish. Will any of the parts work on a turbo engine...say, the valve cover and pullys? :?
  3. Your right. I guess that is still some cash to get an engine. I have heard a lot about this engine, is it really that good? You'd think it would be for that price.
  4. So that is about $150,000USD? Man, what do you think the cylinder head would cost? Could it bolt to a F-54 block? Maybe the block was different? It would be nice to have.
  5. Man! If I can get my hands on a 432 engine, I wouldent care anout the cost. To have one in my Z, I think it would be awsome! Make it 3 people!
  6. I had this idea of cutting my floor pans out and replacing them with alumminum diomand plate. You know, like the one in Fast and Furious on the green Eclipse. It looked good until it rupped out of the bottom.
  7. http://www.arizonazcar.com/diffmount.html It is Arizona Z Car. I feel like a dork. Sorry for the mix-up
  8. Man! I was looking forward to getting that mustache bar and solid diff plate from them. Wait a minute, I might be confusing Arizona Z with Midwest Z? I'll have to check the website. I might have it still bookmarked. Sorry for the confusion.

How about doing a search for Ayumi Hamasaki on P2P. She has some really good music. I burned about 4-5 CDR's with just her music. I also have her music on my X-box, so when I play the race games I feel like I'm in the game. (call me weird)
  10. No, its not you, I hate going to that site B/C you have to search first and that could take hours. Sorry if I came on too harsh. Just needed a quick direction to go.
  11. Thanks for nothing
  12. Then, is Midwest Z still in buisness?
  13. This is my car now. When I get home I'm getting the MSA fiberglass front. Kinda like my Avater I drew. Just wanted to put in my $0.02 http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=11601&sort=1&cat=500&page=1 I know...she is a work in progress. Dosent help that I'm away and can't fix her up now. Happy Motoring!
  14. I was thinking of what some options are in intercoolers. I heard of GReaddy, HKS, and Blitz are pretty good. Would any of these fit a 240Z frame. Trying to get some opinions and an estimate of how much one will cost. Thanks
  15. If you can spend the extra money, I'm going to go with Tokico springs and Illumina shocks w/ 16" wheels in front and 17" wheels in back. The car will look something like my Avater I drew. I also heared that Koni and Eibatch(?) springs are good. Good luck with the set-up.
  16. Thanks again. I'll have to look at this post again when I get back to the states. :rambo:
  17. Thanks again Carl. I think even with a minimal difference, it raise the wow factor, right?
  18. thanks e_racer1999. Sorry it took so long to reply.
  19. 15/16 Master cylinder...would that have anything to do with brake pressure to front/ back. Will the 280ZX master cylinder fit my '72 240Z firewall? :surprised
  20. What is the better caliper for rear disc conversions? Which is the cheapest? Also, what pads and hardware are needed? Thanks
  21. My car did not run when I got her. I had a friend help me with installing a new electric pump and run wires to a carbon fiber guarded switch. It is wired to my fuse box via a hot lead when the car is in the ON possition. Two ways of safety. I can cut the pump off manually in an emergency, and normally by shutting the car off. my 2 cents
  22. Single turbo. :stupid: I just need a little info, or something. Atleast where to look it up at. I did a search for it and it gave me squat. Thanks for reading the thread, looks like it wont last long.
  23. I know everyone is doing the RB26 swap, but I am about to get a RB25 motor dropped into my lap for practically nothing. Is the swap the same as a RB26? Is their stuff I would need to change or beef up? I figure it is better than fabracating a twin turbo manifold for a L28. Need some advice. Thanks
  24. Man, that was a real close one! I guess I can chalk this one to another "Why I hate Honda Boys." Your Z is really nice! Looks a lot like the way I want to do mine up. I really feel for other Z owners who have wrong done to their car. Speaking of another "Honda" accident...my friend was driving in his Toyota Tocoma through a green light, when he got T-boned by a chick driving...well...a Civic. She wasn't paying anything to the fact her light was red. Totaled both cars. I'm glad that didn't happen to you, or any of us. Drive carefully and watch out for all the morons on the road! :tapemouth Happy Motoring.
  25. Thanks for all the comments. His car is a 1998 T/A, stock. Right now, with my '72 SU round top's, I think I can stay with him. (My engine is also stock w/ the exception of the carbs) I really want to make him eat his words. Another set-up I had was to do the 3.1 stroker and bolt on the Jim Cook super charger. I had really wanted to do a Twin Turbo set-up, but that started getting into the $7,000 range. :stupid:
