I must work some coffee and Kahlua in there too. Like our Colorado buddy says bourbon cream.
  2. Once again, what do think your going to see/read in this thread titled "original boobs thread"? This one is titled... Trump and political comments, opinions, supported by fact or not simply move on past if you want to talk about your car. I could care less about mine right now. They maybe for sale very soon.

Farmers are committing suicide over trumps trade war with China. We have to stop that nut job and his deal making before he "smartly" bankrupts the country. Stable genius my azz.
  4. Yeah but he didn't get in like Trump did.
  5. I agree with what Obama said the other day. If he can't handle Lesley Stahl's questions and walks off we'd be in world of trouble when Putin calls in his debt, and he will. My Mom would break him down in a short minute.
  6. I prefer Metal lica.

    I'll guess sarcasim 26th?
  9. We need to resurrect Nikola's Tesla coil. I'm sick of wires.
  10. Thankfully this hasn't happened since 1993, snowmegedon, I just needed to bitch a minute, the dude across the street has power. Hard to understand that. I can't round that curve.
  11. Your wasting time with Al Allen. That's over and done with. Like I suggested before, find a cylinder head shop. That's your only option. You can keep trying to get an easy answer but there is not one. Buy another car. Or learn how to work on yours. Quit buying on ebay. If you want to save money get a Buick.
  12. No power! Hot or cold anything. Candles and shop LEDs. Saving my laptop battery for bedtime dvd, Family Guy you pervs. Lost it about 3 a.m. sleeping like a rock but my best damn Buddy woke me up. Been up since then too. Had to to lace my hiking boots in the pretty much dark and my pee hole was on my back side. Luckily the restaurant had power so I coffeed up there and rearranged my clothes. Going to be hard going to sleep but I have products for that so not so bad as my head in the morning. Anyhow, bored to death and thanks for letting me vent a little. Houses across the street have power. WTF! Electricity is like a Z, you won't miss it for years then one day it's gone. I'll be buying a generator as soon as they're available. Enjoy your commercials tonight.

Same story every 4 years. Biden's gonna turn the pandemic around. 2016 Trump's gonna build a wall. I prefer someone who knows politics and politicians. I wouldn't try to fly a plane by myself.

You got me there. I agree 100%. I was thinking about religion, the government etc.

Your actions control your destiny. Everything else is just a suggestion.

Do you people not read the news? Trump has ended the pandemic! He's "rounded the curve" more times than Mario Andretti. Washington, D.C. (WTRF) — The White House’s Office of Science and Technology listed “ending the COVID-19 pandemic” as one of the top accomplishments of the Trump administration’s first term. A release from OSTP said, “From the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic the Trump Administration has taken decisive actions to engage scientists and health professionals in academia, industry, and government to understand, treat and defeat the disease. “ Dr. Kelvin Droegemeier, the office’s director, said, “President Trump has solidified America’s standing as the most scientifically and technologically advanced nation the world has ever known”.
  18. Could be the drain for the cowl panel before the windshield? They drain on passenger's side.
  19. The sun came up today, that's good enough for me.
  20. I rebuilt my original 2.4 with the early E88 head. The 2.4s are a little more costly to get parts for but I like the higher rev of the smaller motor. The '73 will have bigger rods but the pistons should be the same size, 83mm, as the earlier 240s. I did mine for about $1,000 total but that includes a MSA header and premium exhaust. You'll end up using a lot of 280 parts, they just don't make the 240 stuff anymore. The best money I spent was for an aluminum flywheel. It weighs about 10lbs and revs up like crazy. Here's some info to read over when you can. https://www.google.com/search?q=2.4+engine+builds+classiczcars.com&rlz=1C1BOFA_enUS494US494&oq=2.4+engine+builds+classiczcars.com&aqs=chrome..69i57.17799j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
  21. I'm the one getting peed on but my degree was learned on the high side of degrees.
  22. I agree with Zed Head with sporadic running on an older car. I can share my experience with a cruddy fuel tank on a 240 I bought that had been sitting for a long time. When mine died out I could pull the suction side hose off the fuel filter and blow back through it until I heard bubbling noises in the tank. Reconnect the hose and go like hell trying to get back home. It wasn't rust as it didn't stick to a magnet, just cruddy fuel. I had to drop the tank and clean it then I coated it with Red-Kote tank liner. has been fine for 4 years now? Try that, maybe it'll help you get closer to figuring it out. After acid cleaning... After Red-Kote...
  23. Would that be considered a heat riser maybe? Someone may have made it to clip on a header runner?
  24. http://350mile280z.com/ Holy moly! That is a great read out for your car. Great pictures too.
  25. Here's the guy that found it.
