What game?
It was a good game. My wife and I are Clemson alumni and our oldest daughter is a freshman at Bama. It was a good game and Bama is a formidable team. The onside kick was the deal breaker but Clemson made little mistakes all night that you can't do against a team of Bama's caliber, sealing the edges, big plays and big kick return. Overall I was glad they represented well and congrats to a very good football team...

Electric fuel pump question
True, but my seat of the pants logic goes like this. The tanks holds about 15 gallons at 3 psi can you think of a scenario where you burn all the fuel in the tank in an hour??? If you can't do that then you have enough fuel supply, give or take....

Put it in the classifieds or on ebay or both. You could pm some of the racers on the site...Jeff, Chuck, John Coffey, etc... if they don't want it, they might know someone who does...

Black Fiber Synchros on all 5 gears?
The ratios will determine how the tranny behaves behind any given engine. You won't know the difference if the ratios are similar to a yellow metal used tranny. You are also not likely to flog your newly rebuilt one on the street the way a track tranny is used. If it's a competition tranny sell it and rebuild a more common tranny and use the rest of the cash to work on the car. Win win for everybody...If it has the lower 1st gears it will actually be slower off the line because races cars don't spend much time in 1st gear, racers want close ratios because they can keep the engine in the sweet spot rpm wise. A street car almost never gets driven like this, continuous operation in 4,000-6,000 rpm range or higher

240z overheating at idle in traffic lights and intersections
If when sitting in traffic you rev the engine some, up to 2500 rpm's or so, does the problem go away for a minute? I believe you are running too much pressure on your fuel system and flooding the engine out...

240z overheating at idle in traffic lights and intersections
The color of his fuel may or may not be a problem. He is in a completely different market without all of our blends. For that matter the tanks they pump from could be rusted tinting all the gas pumped from them... Zed Head gave you good advise, take it or leave it

C.L. Parting out a 71
Drilling spot welds sucks, excuse my directness, it takes forever and you get tired maintaining pressure. Plasma cutter is much easier...

C.L. Parting out a 71
Mark If you have access to a plasma cutter it speeds up spot welds tremendously. Just burn a round hole at all the spot welds and tap in a painters 5 way with a hammer to separate the panels
