  1. Thanks for the info Chickenman. I'll pick your brain as well as other members when I'm ready. Figure it'll help me dial in the "numbers" when its emissions testing time.
  2. What are you using for an AFR gauge? I want a setup that will allow me to do some fine tuning (if there is such a thing) for my 280 for emissions testing.

Too funny. Gonna do that to my wife's car. Hehe.
  4. Get this kit and test for cylinder gases in the coolant system. That'll tell you if you have a HG problem.
  5. Yeah crazy huh? 500 structures so far. Most of them are homes. Its heart breaking to see it up close.
  6. Hell's freezing over. Or it really is "hell" Wish I had snow instead of this. Thank God it stayed north of us by 8 miles. 3rd pic is the next day. Its the Thomas fire, burning 148,000 acres so far. Been burning since Monday. Send some of that snow this way
  7. For what its worth I have not been running a fuel damper for at least 3 years and I've had no problems. I have an aftermarket fuel pump though, so that could be the reason.
  8. I like the green with butterscotch interior myself.
  9. Well I wish they would find me!! Great find. Where did you find this one?
  10. That's great news. Where did you source the "new" rockers from?
  11. They look good on yours Greg.
  12. That is how mine were attached.
  13. Hell, I wish I still had some of the parts I got rid of. Like the stock hood . It was a phase I went through. Wanted my Z to look different from everyone else's. Now I can't find a hood descent enough to put back on my car. Or if I find one it's located on another planet. Oh well.
  14. My 77 had them when I bought it back in '85. I like the look of the louvers on the stock or very lightly modified exterior.
  15. ooh yeah, much better. I'm impressed with that stuff. Going to have to try it out myself.
  16. Nice and shinny. Was the pitting there before the chrome powder coat? Or is that a result of the powder coat? Not criticizing, just wondering.
  17. MV8020 Brake Bleeding Kit This is the part number to the above one person bleeder
  18. Sure can, one man bleeder, IIRC. . I'm beginning to wonder Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Going to have me a couple shots of Patron and then a couple beers. Not necessarily in that order. Then some turkey.
  19. Then I would check every bolt. Unless you did already. You might or might not find more loose. Piece of mind.
  20. My question is, why were they loose? Was there some recent engine work? I've never known them to loosen on their own.
  21. Happy Thanksgiving Jai. Enjoy the day. My wife has to go in to work at 1am! She's in retail. I think it's a crime for these companies to make their employees come in to work on Thanksgiving (jcpenny, kohls, etc. etc.) Won't be long and Thanksgiving is going to be a thing of the past. Sad!
  22. Yeah that's unfortunate. Would have been better to keep the L6 and build it.
  23. I'd drive it.
