That's called a film short; similar to what you would see if you attended any of a number of short film festivals around the world. It's not a Datsun commercial. It's an 'art' film. The short was sponsored by Datsun (probably Datsun Australia?) similarly to Nissan sponsored films like Warren Miller's extreme sports videos.
