better mouse trap

Featured Replies

literally!!

5 gallon pail with a coat hanger wire through a pop can, with stategicly place peanut butter to balance can.

place pail near a ledge or have a ramp for mouse to gain access.

mouse jumps on can, can rolls and mouse falls into bucket filled with a few inches of water.

great for us car storage people because you don't have to reload trap like a conventional mouse trap.

my buddy said they caught 8 mice at one time in the hunting cabin up north.

No can just a few wood blocks with peanut butter floating in a 5-gal bucket. And a ramp of course.

Add some antifreeze to that water in the pail. Then the water doesn't freeze, and the dead mice don't smell....as much!!

......and if your cat drinks the anti-freeze, you'll lose your other mouse trap. (Cats love anti-freeze, but it shuts down their kidneys).

If your cat is worth it's salt, you don't need mouse traps!!

Respectfully,

George

I have one in each of my barns ( cats can't get to them). they work great.

you could put a small amount of vegetable oil in the bottom so they can't climb out and release them somewhere else.
