New Hot Wheels 240Z

Featured Replies

Here's a new edition that I hadn't seen posted here yet. For $0.97 I couldn't resist.

Off to Target I go!

I was so tempted to buy one of these, but frankly I can't stand the wheels on it!

The new Hot Wheels 240Z is a nice looking model that some EBay sellers have offered with very cool custom paint and tampos. But my favorites are the Tomicas and Playarts. Some pics of toy Z cars I have collected can be seen at www.myzcars.com. But I love my 1:1 scale '78 280Z the most.

WOW .. real nice collection ..

LOL .. I have to go back and look to see what I need to find ...

I found it on Sunday at my local Wal-Mart. It wasn't with the rest of the Hot Wheels. They have an area for the "Collectors". That is for people (like me) willing to pay $4 for a $1 toy.

Yep, local Wal-Mart. It was the only one they had. The only real difference between it and the others (white, yellow, gray/silver, blue) is the paint scheme and the chrome chassis and the 40th anniversary packaging. I guess that makes it worth more.

Okay, thanks. There weren't any lat the two Walmart stores I checked before, but at least I know to keep checking. And yes, $4 is a lot compared to the standard hotwheels price. But I can buy quite a few before I exceed the cost of a set of tires. :classic:

Cool! I just placed a bid for one. Glad to see the Classic series features a Z.
