Wow, I have seen prices of regular gas (petrol), in Oregon, go from $1.45 up to $2.75, back down to $2.15 and back up again to $2.33.

What are the prices like elsewhere in the US and the world?

I'm in Montreal, Canada on a business trip at the moment and gas is around $0.99 a litre!! It takes about $50 in Canadian dollars to fill a Honda Accord!!

I live in southern Ontairo (Canada) and unfortunatly the price of regular gas is no better. The price of gas has been bouncing around from $0.95 a litre to $0.88 for the past month.

gas around here is about $2.30 - $2.60 per gallon in american dollars... kinda ridiculous.

EDIT: this is just regular gas.. not premium

Here in PA, regular unleaded is about 2.25, while the premium is 2.50. A whole 25 cent difference, is the difference between premium and regular pretty universal among the states also?

yah if not more... I notice different gas station prices will vary 10-20 cents per gallon even if they are right next to one another... Really odd

We are looking at around $AUD1.20/L here in Australia which looks to be around $US0.90/0.264gallons, so $US3.42/gallon so you guys arent too bad off? I remember it being half this not too long ago and I am not an old(er) guy (25).

Premuim is 2.69 here is the orange county area (costa mesa/newport and huntington beach to be exact). I have to put premium in my benz......... What do u guys put in ur zs? Premium or regular?

Here in Wichita KS it is back down to $2.18 but was $2.27 about 3 days ago.

I'll never forget a fews years back (like 8) I was filling up my beater with regular unleaded and the total price for the gas was less than the gallons I put in! Gas was like $0.97 a gallon, it was awesome! I put in like 10 gallons and the total was only around $9.50 or so. I took a double take! My dad still remembers the days when gas was a 0.07 cents a gallon. What a great time that was.

Oh yeah, gas here is $2.52 a gallon for premium 96 Ultra (what I use in the Z on the rare occasion I'm driving her)
