Where can i get this?
if it's just the part below the floorpan, zedd findings has a full kit available. if it's the entire rail of the car, looks like you're in for some major welding...

Get flat top pistons or swap motor.
^^the l26 is a known dog, but with a decent tune it will purr... sure the l-series may be a little temperamental at times, but i have yet to see a blown l-series.

Get flat top pistons or swap motor.
^^ya, definitely not a solveable debate.... but anyway.... i think i'm going to build my NA motor and i KNOW i'm going to build a turbo Z someday, it's just that i like having power when i push the gas..... on the rotary point: i've actually had this thought in my head about a 3-rotor 240z swap........ i'm just too fond of the L-series, i guess...

Handheld/Pocket PCs
- Handheld/Pocket PCs
^^the m505 (and also m500, etc) had a different battery. i work for a retailer and i see people trying to return their palms because the battery wore down after a year. other than that, the windows mobile is good for people who want an in-depth pocketPC.... if you're not looking to do much with it, the palm is perfect, also costs less...- S20 conversation piece..?
hold on, gotta change my pants...- Loose shifter, type A tranny
yes... nylon bushings... i got mine off ebay for around $10.... it consists of 3 bushings. 2 that go around the ipn and one for the end og the shifter (into the tranny) here ya go! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7971339884&category=46101&sspagename=WDVW- Handheld/Pocket PCs
IMHO if you want one with GPC, get one that has dedicated GPS.... much more user-friendly.... look at garmin. as far as palms go, there are a couple drawbacks. first, it's based on a Mac-style OS, so unless you're used to macs i recommend looking into something w/ windows mobile (pocketPCs). secondly, the palms don't have a replaceable battery.... what that means is when your battery finally gives out, you have to get a new handheld (or get it serviced... but the cost isn't worth it.) anyway, that's my opinion..... check out some HP ipaqs...- Get flat top pistons or swap motor.
^^ i figured that i was low-balling the guesses... anyway, when i said "relaible" i didn't mean the engine was gonna blow, i meant that NA always has the power on demand... with a turbo, you have to have a properly tuned turbo for the application. there are lag issues, and sometimes one can be without power for some time. sometimes, if a car is course driving, the turbo car may be a complete dog because of the odd areas of the powerband that a turbo car has. for example, a car could be on a course with a lot of twisties and never make it into a proper RPM range to get decent power. anyway, i do agree that you can get more HP for the $$ with turbo, but to be honest, in going all out you will pay more with the turbo. my reasoning is: all of the tuning you will be doing to the NA car will have to be done to the turbo car as well, and then you don't have to worry about the cost of the turbo(s)- Get flat top pistons or swap motor.
^^i think the highest HP N?A motors are probably max 300, and the highest HP turbo motors are around 450... just a guess.... at any rate, turbo vs NA is a complicated topic. the application of the car is going to be the determining factor. granted the turbo is going to have the potential for higher HP, but at what cost? the NA motors have reliable (no that a turbo's going to break, but turbo lag, etc, is an issue) power all through the power band. turbos' power comes in a big surge.- '71 240Z What do you think?
the knob may be stripped inside...- Get flat top pistons or swap motor.
also, the KA24DE pistons have a HUGE bore difference... - Handheld/Pocket PCs
